HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND THE LITTLE THUG THEY HAVE BEHIND THE COUNTER IS SO SO RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE 6 KIDS AND ORDERED FROM HERE CAUSE MY MOM DOES ON A REGULAR RANTS AND RAVES ABOUT IT. SO FIRST TIME I GOT IT WAS GOOD BUT IN THE LAST MONTH SINCE I ORDERED FROM THEM THEY MUST HAVE HIRED LAZY TEENAGERS THAT CANT PUNCH IN YOUR ORDER RIGHT AFTER YOU TELL HIM SPECIFICALLY THAT YOU WANT THE 2 LARGE PIZZA DEAL FOR $23.96 ....NOW OUT OF ALL THAT WHERE IN THE WORLD DID THE IGNORANT TEENAGER WHO CANT SEEM TO GET OFF HIS CELL PHONE LONG ENOUGH TO WORK.....MUST BE NICE TO PAY EMPLOYEES TO PLAY ON THEIR PHONE. THEN WE GO BACK IN ....THEY CHARGE US THE DIFFERENCE OF THE MISTAKE THEY MADE.....REALLY.... AND THE BREADSTICKS WERE LIKE SALTINE CRACKERS MINUS THE SALT BECAUSE THE WERE BLAND AND THIN AND CRISPY. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN AND IF THEY PLAN TO STAY IN BUSINESS THEY NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT CARE ABOUT KEEPING RHE CUSTOMER HAPPY....I COULD GLADY COME IN AND DO SOME TRAINING....

Ive never heard of a pizza place saying no to a carry out order a full hour prior to closing. Last night Jet City in Lynnwood/Cypress Way did. We called at 8.55 and were told the store closes at 9.00, despite the sign on the physical store, their website and Yelp showing they are open until 10:00. We were less than five minutes away and they refused to do a carry out order, however Jessie said we could have it delivered, but they refused to deliver it to their parking lot. You wanted us to wait forty-five minutes for delivery, pay a delivery charge and put up with attitude on the phone, forget it. We wont be back to Jet City.

Pizza was pretty decent, online orderin is a huge hassle and they overcharged me by 9 dollars under the guise of "delivery fee and tax" where that was already factored in when i was trying to order online. Most likely not going to order from here again.

I absolutely love their crust. Its a great combination of crispy, chewy, and yet airy. Their topping are great but can sometimes be a bit limp. The pizza feels like it needs a quick super broil just to get the top layer a bit more cooked.

Check yelp for better reviews.. they cant take orders and after more than an hour of waiting they call me to tell me they dont deliver to my address... this is the worst place ever...

This place has The Best pizza and delivery service. As a very picky eater about most cheese/they Rock! The Brewery Combo is better than any other pizza Ive ever eaten.
