The burgers are good quality but you have to sub in swiss or pepper jack since their American is extra fake tasting. The fries are the best Ive had at any fast food place by far. The soda selection is poor. Milkshake selection is great and definitely better quality than elsewhere, theyre almost 5 bucks so maybe a little overpriced but not really for how good they are. French dip and fries is a favorite option when I just want food and am fine drinking water. Staff is friendly and efficient, all in all I would give this place 5 stars if they just had a soda machine that wasnt from the 90s and knocked their prices down a smidge.

Came yesterday, great food, great service. So I came back today. 3 ppl in kitchen area about 5 feet from counter, all fully visible, all standing with their backs to the counter. They were busy flirting with each other, talking and laughing. I began to read my book while waiting. One looked directly at me and I thought, okay, now. But no, she disappeared into the depths of the kitchen. After 5 minutes, I left At no time was my presence ever acknowledged. I wanted a quick meal, but now Ive gotta go find someplace else to eat. Im new to the area and eat out a lot bc I work a lot and dont like to cook.

The good: Welcoming decor. nice tables. Nice booths The food is flavorful and fresh. (I tried the burger master with cheddar.) the thousand island sauce was very good. Fries were okay, not my particular favorite type. It was 6 pm, the customers were generally much older than average. pleasant folks having dinner with normal conversations. The staff was friendly and quick. Ill return

I love the drive up service. They have menus in the parking spots, take your order from your car and then bring it to you there. The food was considerably better than expected. I highly recommend the fish N chips. The wait time was more than reasonable for it being the lunch rush. For everyone eating on their lunch break this is the place to go.

I went through the drive thru in Everett. The food was dry. Customer service wasnt very good. They didnt even bother to offer anything like jelly, sour cream, salsa. This was my second time ever visiting a Burger Masters, and I was hoping itd be better than McDonalds...

My wife and I got the signature burger, she with the GF bun. The meat, while thin, tasted like real meat. Not the tasteless stuff you get elsewhere. And my wife said the bun was quite good (for being GF). The manager was very friendly. Very good for fast food.

Their malts are absolutely the best old fashioned tasting and everything else is pretty good. I like it cause it lets you sit and eat in your own car instead of having to deal with the hassle of others (Im quite shy).

Great food, good service. Dont be fooled by the name, while the burgers are great the other menu items are amazing. It takes a few minutes longer than other fast food joints but it is well worth the extra time.

I am Error
While I have had better and this still taste like fast food, Burgermaster is my go to places for good food when Im in a hurry. I recommend this place over most burger joints because of the service and the food.

Great, grass feed beef burgers, served in a relaxed, home style atmosphere. Chicken strips are so moist, and the handmade milk shakes are wonderful. After dinner, save room for desert! A Northwest treasure.

Used to be a good place to stop and grab a Burger....but the staff quality has been suffering lately. Drive through girl (short with dark hair) has a real attitude problem. Never eat there again....PERIOD!
