From @SeattleMexican1 Im Jake Ripp The Style of the restaurant really brings back that classic drive in feel we all long to have back after watching hit TV shows like Riverdale or A good time Western. The prices are very competitive closing in a avrage burger being around $6 not including a side of Frys witch come in 2 sizes small and large. My large fries cost about $3.75 but were less then satisfactory. On the other hand the Dubble Bacon cheese burger was outstanding. The ablity to include tetchers to food is a difficult one but the shefs here nailed it. I couldnt put it down after the 1st bite Although the prices were extremely low to the high quality of the burger the lack of options set me back again almost leaving the drive in. There was no Alvarado, Blue cheese, any cheese besides cheddar for that matter and a very small selection of pre paged dips. Though milk shake options, I was impressed with a Ben and Jerrys a street over I think the Ranch has a better selection for a way better price. Constomer Service a little above advrage. Tipical 16-20 year old team but with little to no drama. And a Welcoming feel when you walk in those doors. Overall I would say a very well done Western feel Burger joint with out overdoing it a not so evenly done menu witch low cost makes up for all of the awcored looks youll get when you ask for your alvocdo backen cheeseburger From The @SeattleMexican1 Im Jake Ripp. See you on the Net ;-)

I have been going to this place as long as I remember, and Ive always liked it. Their burgers are delicious and fresh and of good proportion, and when Im really hungry a double bacon ranch really hits the spot. They have great milkshakes too and a generous selection of flavors to pick from. They also have ice cream that makes for a nice dessert. Their fries though leave something to be desired but theyre not bad either. Im guessing the restaurant is old, it has that look about it, the inside and outside are kept pretty clean. The booths are kind of small but a family of four can manage. My only major complaint is during the summer, when its hot, well it can be pretty darn cold in there when they have the AC on and man do they crank it. I guess Im also not a fan of the styrofoam cups, but I put up with it. The staff has always been nice and friendly, theyre pretty competent and get the order right but if anything needs correcting it has never been a hassle to get something fixed. Anyhow, plenty of parking and always a place to sit, I recommend trying it.

I have to agree with the other reviewers. The food is great and the shakes and malts are just like you remember from the old soda fountain days. And, most of the time the service is OK. Today, May 25, we stopped by on our way home from Folk Life. There was a long line inside and outside. It was soon obvious why. They had the 3 slowest moving people I have ever seen behind the counter. And, not one of them wanted to talk to a customer. The 2 guys in front of us got disgusted and left. One guy said he had been waiting 10 minutes. After we waited another 5 minutes, trying to attract the attention of anyone inside (apparently we were invisible) we left too. In that time 3 sets of familys inside gave up and several single customers. In a 15 minute stretch this crew managed to serve 3 ice-cream cones to a family that was there when we arrived and still there and waiting for the rest of their order when we left. Too bad I dont have the e-mail of the owner, this is probably something he would want to know. Disgusted customer.

Mediocre burgers at Red Robin prices. Outrageous price for the Costco fries and unspiced, over-breaded onion rings (4.59 should be a burger price, not onion rings). 2.39 for a large soda with no free refills; I didnt show up in a DeLorean, so I dont think its 1985. Ill take the word of others whove said the shakes are great, but thats likely the only good value here. Maybe its because I lack the nostalgic feelings that locals have, but I just cant see going back to spend $30+ on food for two. For the cost addition of a tip, I could have full service, free refills and better food. Theres a reason Burgermaster is a chain and this is a place people drive past on their way home from work.

I would have to say for all the people who raved about this place, I was extremely disappointed in what I experienced here. Upon arriving, I was greeted by nothing but a greasy, dank smell. The food was way too expensive for what came out. The burgers were dry and could be described as hocky pucks. The fries, why call them fries, they were a pile of mush that had to be eaten with a spoon. The service was unacceptable. The food took way to long to come out for how overstaffed it was there. I waited, not exaggerating, fifteen minutes for a cup of ice water. I would not recommend this place to anyone wanting a wholesome, enjoyable meal. For how terrible it was, I award it 1 star.

I have been a long time Bothell resident. The Ranch has been a staple for many years and has always been favorite of mine. The last few year the quality of their hamburgers have gone down hill big time. I ate there about a year ago and thought the meat was dry and fatty. I tried again today and was super disappointed, thought my last exprience was out of the norm. Today was worse the meat was just as dry more stringey fat and a piece of bone. Not good on the teeth. STEP IT UP OWNERS, love to support locally but not for high prices and bad food Staff was super and the restuarant was clean and enjoyable

Their regular sized burgers are over priced and have been dry everytime Ive eaten here, always hoping Ill get some juicy meat that is not all shrunk like my friends say their burgers have been at The Ranch. Their hot chocolate is to die for along with their shakes. 70% out of the time I have gone their my fries have been cold.....of course they give me knew ones, but I shouldnt have to ask for hot fries. They should be served that way. Their ranch dressing tastes expired however they do have a friendly young staff.

I waited outside by the window about five minutes while this young asian girl talked on the phone . I opened the door and asked if they were open and she completely ignored me . I couldnt believe how she was so rude to a customer. She finally opened the window and took our order without an apologies or explaining why she ignored me for so long . I will not come back to this place again , please hire better !

Staff is incapable of getting even the simplest order correct. No matter how small the order, if there are more than two of us, someones order will be messed up (sometimes forgotten entirely) the last straw a couple days ago - who puts ice cubes in a float? The pimple-faced morons who "work" at the ranch. Another local stop from my childhood ruined by bad service and declining quality.

This place has a very home feeling. They were quick and although a little pricey the food was good and the people were friendly. It was a Beautiful day so we set outside. It is nice that they give you and indoor/outdoors option to eat. The tables werent all that comfy but we managed. With the good food and friendly people it was all worth it.
