Delicious food especially the honey walnut shrimp. I use to love coming here but recently the past few times the people that helped were really rude. One time I called in an order and I went inside to get it. They got everything right, but when I went to pay for it they forgot to add my other entree and at the time I thought it was added but it turned out that it wasnt after I paid. She realize she forgot to ring it up and I was extremely upset because she brought this to my attention after I was all done and I didnt want to get rung up all over again because I had a time limit until I had to be some where and I didnt want to go through the long process that she took to ring me up. Other then that the food is really delicious. They just need to work on being politer to their customers.

This place is awful. Today I found a huge disgusting June bug or cockroach type bug cooked into my broccoli beef. The manager seemed nice enough and gave me my money back and followed that up with "here are some coupons because I cant give you a full meal". lol I wouldnt want a meal from here ever again. The last time I attempted to come here they were out of 3 of the entrees I would have wanted to order. And mixed vegetables? None of those either. Ive come here 3 times and will never try this place again. This is also my first review- I usually let less than pleasant dining experiences go, but this was the worst experience at a restaurant Ive ever had.

Showed up at about 9:40 pm. Had to go through the drive through because the lobby was locked. Instead of being greeted the gal instantly said, do you want to hear what we have? I sure sure, only some honey walnut shrimp and chow mein. Thats it. So pretty much the stuff cooked three hours ago thats been sitting around. I know it was 20 minutes to closing but why cant they come up with a strategy to have a good amount of dishes even later in the evening? Some people dont get off work till later and have to try their best to make it there and thats what they get. I pulled out of the drive through and took my business elsewhere!

Always run out of the main food! Need to hire another cook!!! I came in another day on a Sunday and they didnt open the doors until 10:48 am. All the tables were dirty and the 2 girls were looking at me like they hated me because I was waiting outside at 10:30am... Unsweetened ice tea had no top on it allowing anything to fall in it... This place has got to shape up!!! ;((((( They have to improve on customer relations and being prompt in opening the Resturant!!! I hope there not being lazy on cleanness of the food!?!?!

They never make enough teryaki chicken. You will always have to wait for them to cook some more. Also, they dont open on time and they never clean the floor in their restroom. Every time I go there, theres always a layer of some sticky residue covering the entire bathroom floor and it smells like rotting meat.

My wife & I eat at this PE often. The food is delicious. Surf & Turf is my favorite. In the past I had the fried rice, but the noodles are yummy. No matter how often we eat there, Im offered a sample. Customer service A+, Value A+, Cleanliness A+ mostly (At rush hour cleanup can be slow) but acceptable.

Came at 9:30pm from Puyallup because Im pregnant and was craving orange chicken. the sign says the drive through is open till 10:30. Only three food choices were available from the menu. They had a whole hour left before closing!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!! She was just plain rude.

Great food. Dont know if this is why but the next day after using my debit card here as a credit card, I started getting text alerts from my bank that someone was shopping all over Olympia with my credit card. Just saying. I suggest you use cash! Just saying, dont know for sure. Great food!!

Went here for a busy Saturday dinner, food was awful didnt finish my food and i didnt want to keep it because the food was awful. A couple hours later I was so sick to my stomach I didnt want to get out of bed. I love panda but I will never go back to this one...

All of the females working today on Monday @715pm are rude and had hella attitude. There wasnt any ice in the ice machine and we had ask if they can put ice , they totally ignored us. They need new staff with good customer service!!!!

Ive been to lots of panda express and this one is the worst the chow main was chopped up like rice.... have never seen it like that before but the lady said thats how they do it and was rude from that point on...will not be back

I ordered around 9:30pm and this order absolutely sucked. Nothing was fresh. There were more onions than chicken in the black pepper chicken. The shrimp walnut PREMIUM was MOSTLY breadding bottoms and the chow neon was awful.
