If I could give No stars I would ..I am highly upset because I dont like to right reviews but the treatment we received have me here typing what experience I had this morning so me and my wife came through the drive thru to order breakfast when I pulled up to the speaker the young lady taking the order wasnt pleasant she didnt let my wife give her a chance to complete the order as she kept cutting her off in the middle of placing the order and stating does that complete your order then said with an attitude I cant hear you so we pulled out of the drive thru to go inside when we get to the cashier which was a supervisor (Jasmine) she told us breakfast was over and it was lunch ..we explained what happened and then she went to the window where the cooks are at and asked them if they could fulfill our breakfast order and the cook paused then said she only had 1 chicken biscuit left then the supervisor comes back and said its only 1 chicken biscuit left after we stated it wasnt our fault that the employee at the drive thru couldnt get our order right and then gave us an attitude over the intercom and now we are left to leave with nothing to eat..the supervisor then gave us a disgusting look as if we did something wrong when it was their fault ...we come here alot and I am disgusted with how they handled us so we had to get a 1 800 number to file a complaint which the supervisor Jasmine refuse to give us the district manager number until she was told you realize we can call another chic fila to find out this information...this is very disappointing and I am disgusted with the professionalism of this staff this morning...I will not come back to this location again...the staff at this location should be ashamed

I believe there should be a mix of races at this restaurant. I am not racist but will be the first to point a finger when I see something that stands out as a form of discrimination because of ones race. We have been going to this restaurant for over 5 years. Recently this year, we have noticed that there are no or few caucasian people working here. It wasnt always like this, there used to be a mix of different races. Today I saw 1 caucasian woman working- and I counted 14 african americans working. We have always been treated wonderful by all of the workers. We also noticed that there is a new store supervisor- he is african american and we think there may be a connection to this if he does the hiring and scheduling. Again I am trying to point out something that I feel is wrong and others may not be willing to speak up.

I normally enjoy going to Chic Fil-A. This was my 1st time going to this location. I had a horrible experience overall. I went through the drive through and received the wrong order. I didnt noticed until I was up the street. I attempted to go to the nearest location on Coliseum and they didnt help, a girl name Tara said I had to go back to the location that messed it up (Regardless of my receipt). Upon finally getting back to this location, they took the messed up order and gave me my correct order but the person was rude and didnt provide an apology for them MESSING UP MY ORDER.....If I could have gave a 0 I would have...I would NOT recommend this location AT ALL!!! very poor customer service...not at all like the other Chick Fil- A restaurants I have been to....

I come to this chik Fila a every Saturday with my son. I have to say I will never be back!! While I was sitting in noticed they gave my son frenchanting fries instead of apple sauce. When I told the girl who was walking around saying "is everything ok" she asked me for a receipt. Well I threw the receipt away so she said well I cant switch it if u dont have proof. I have NEVER seen such attitude at any chik Fila a Ive ever been to. I actually go there because the staff is so nice and friendly. After almost being treated like a criminal I will never be back. Im sure the untouched fries could have easily been switched out for an apple sauce. Fail for Chik Fil A for hiring a team member like Jamie & that attitude of hers.

My boyfriend and I are on our way home to northern VA from Virginia Beach and we stopped at this Chick fil A for lunch. As always, the lines are around the corner. I guess there machines were out of order because there were at least 5 employees standing OUTSIDE in this crazy heat taking orders. They couldnt have been friendlier, and did not once complain. Even held the door open for my boyfriend when he needed to run inside. To top it all off, I think it was the best Chick fil a lunch weve ever had. Im so impressed by these fine folks, I really hope they get the positive recognition hey deserve. It was all OUR PLEASURE.

In a Wednesday evening, I placed an order for large fries in the drive-thru. Was given a container that wasnt even half full. Called the location and spoke with a very nice-sounding gentleman, and was told when I was able to come back, they would make up for it. Well, when I went back, I gave my name like I was told to do by the gentleman, and was then treated suspiciously by the supervisor on duty. I was given a med. fries, and THAT wasnt even a full container, and the fries were cold and soggy, to boot! Will NEVER give my business to that location again!

We dont get many chances to visit because we live in New York state where there are no Chick-fil-as. We always make sure to stop when we visit Virginia. The people are so friendly and helpful. The food is great. The dining room is clean. Its just a great atmosphere. We got here today to find the drive thru packed, but the service was fast despite the busy lunch hour. We had our food before she finished filling our drinks! I have never had a better quality experience at a fast food restaurant. We really wish we had one in the Finger Lakes area.

This place is a disgrace to the chain. While pregnant I asked for a simple request of adding mandarins to my salad. EVERY OTHER CFA just punches it in the system and thats that. This one told me no, and when I asked then for a fruit cup, which comes with mandarins, so I could do it myself, I was still told no. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was told that they would instead call the cops. I was flabbergasted. Horrendous service!

After leaving the stuffy and rather uncomfortable priority Toyota dealership nearby, it was nice to enjoy a relaxing breakfast here customer service was on point, food was ready fast, and the bro who brought me my food referred to me as bro. Earning himself honorary bromanship, and giving the place a warm and friendly atmosphere. A++++

I work two buildings down the street and generally up here on my lunch breaks. Everytime I come in and order theyre calling my name before I can even grab a straw during the lunch rush. They keep up with service so well and I continue to come back because of that. Thanks, Chick-Fil-A, for always getting me back to work on time.
