Wow this place had gotten totally ridiculous! They charge $1 for a side of ranch thats barely 2tbsp if that, not everybody likes marinara, so we get charged for it and my husband doesnt eat the marinara. I get the marinara and there was hardly any of that and i asked if thats all theyre giving now Anna response was yes, Im guessing if i asked for extra i wouldve been charged for it. Service leaves a lot to be desired as well, one waitress for the whole place and shes not good at all. Very disappointed in todays visit, and every time just gets worse

I like to eat the P. Hut lunch buffet once in a while. Have been here twice now in the last month. Both times there was a lack of pizza available except for dessert pizza. Really? Dessert out before regular? The staff is nice but getting refills is tough. I had to walk to them at the counter for a refill on the last visit.

The pizza was up to pizza hut standards. It came out hot and quick. The bread sticks were lacking though. They came out cold and were not very good. The service was fast and the waitress always had a smile on her face. The decor was outdated and there were a few flies but over all it was a fine experience.

Poor customer service, on Sunday 03/19/17 the manager name J. really need some more experience as a leader she saw me waiting for over 10 minutes she didnt even say hi or apologize for the long wait I understand I was busy but customer service is the key to keep your customers happy
