We visit my youngest son in Winchester often and always look forward to dinner at Picadillys. We had been raving about the food and ambience to my older son and looked forward to taking everyone to dinner there last weekend. It was homecoming weekend and quite busy with large tables reserved for 7:00. We arrived at 6:00 with 7 in our party. There were open 2 and 4 tops in the bar area. We were seated in the dining room by the hostess and then unseated! She had mistakenly sat us in a booth promised to another guest. Mistakes happen. My complaint is there was absolutely no effort to remedy the situation whatsoever by the staff in the dining room or in the bar. We left without even an apology! I would think tables could have been pulled together to accommodate us given the circumstances. We went to Joes Steakhouse and had a lovely evening with great food and gracious service. I was very disappointed in Picadillys.

I went here on New Years Eve and the service was slow, as to be expected but the entire staff was just rude and unpleasant. I was repeatedly told not to stand here or there. I seen a sign on the wall for maximum occupancy which was 240 and they had well over that in this place. I checked my bank account to find they overcharged me. They lost my credit card receipt and automatically charged me gratuity without my authorization. To top it all off, they did 3 different countdowns before midnight. The one star on here is for Carol (the manager I assume) she was very sweet and helpful with the over charge on my account. I will not be returning.

This place felt like Cheers. There was a group of locals that were clearly regulars. The staff were pleasant to talk with and very receptive to my requests. Yes, they only have 5 beers on tap (all basic American brewed options) but they have a more extensive bottle selection so in a smaller town with local charm this is more than adequate. The outdoor patio is a nice touch also. I had the wings and a salad; all fresh, very well seasoned and tasty. I stayed just down the block at the George Washington so it was only a short walk down Piccadilly. If you are in town give them a try.

Piccadillys is a pub with two faces. Some nights find the perfect blend of chicken wings, cold craft beer, and unassuming service on the patio. When things go well they go very well. Other nights are sporadic flashes of tiny portions and AWOL waiters. I have never encountered a business that can be so good and so bad at the same time. It is always a gamble, not knowing which path the evening will take. We keep coming back though, tolerating mediocre meals for those instances where something special occurs.

I love this place, It is my favorite go to on a Sat. night for dinner then music. Beef tips are amazing, house wings are the best I have ever had. No complaints at all on the food, Outdoor staff are always on top of things even when its packed. People of all age groups. Love the outdoor areas both porch and patio when its nice outside. Nice variety of bands that play on Sat. evenings. If you are visiting Winchester be sure to make Piccadillys one of your stops.

Was a Sat.night, I called ahead to see if kitchen would be open at 10 pm, was told yes, but not that a limited selection. Place was very crowded, once we got a table,, and a server, then told about the menu selections. Order Potato skins and cheese fries, took a hour to get them, server never came back to check our drinks, til I flag him dwn. Never do food on sat. Night again. Goid place if u can get to bar and just want to drink and listen to band.

The food was great, the wait was not. We got spinach artichoke dip to start. I ordered the black & bleu burger with fries for my meal. We were also served bread. It was all excellent. My husband got a steak and said it was good, not great. Overall, we were satisfied with the food. However, it took 45 to get the appetizer and another hour to get our entrees. The wait time was unacceptable. It messed up our date night.

Terrible place. Went out for some drinks with friends and the head bouncer named Russ was absolutly awful. I went to let my girlfriend know I will be right back so I grabbed her arm and Russ kicked US out for assault. Why would he kick both of us out for assault. If he really thought I was assulting her why didnt he just kick me out? Anyways dont go here if you are looking for a good time. Go to brewbakers instead.

Music SO loud! Too loud, and I love music. Thursday they played till after 11:30pm, Friday was past 12:30pm. Saturday night, music little less loud, the windows asnt shaking at the Airbnb! Stopped in for food Friday night, no craft beer on top, took forever for a server. Ended up leaving, no one came to take my order....but music was so loud, not sure the server could hear me.

This is the spot on on weekend nights. Good mix of college students and the more mature crowd. If you dont want to sit at the bar inside, theres a balcony thats heated in the fall/winter. During the summer, theres a stage for concerts by the balcony and the patio. Awesome atmosphere, but if you dont enjoy the smell of cigarettes, then dont go on the balcony.

Walked in to Piccadillys, inside had open tables. Sat outside one table left. After sitting down hostess (?) told us it would be an hour for food. Placed our drink order, then that was the last we saw of any staff. Waited 20 minutes for a person to place a food order. Feed up on waiting and left, went to Village square where we were served right away.

This place had a wonderful vibe, live band, good food, drinks, and friendly staff. I came Halloween weekend with a friend I was in town visiting. We got the hummus and potato skins apps. The hummus was phenomenal but the potato skins were a bit small for the price. I wish there was a more diverse beer selection. Other than that, great place!

Random woman who knows one of the managers tried to fight my friends gf then we get kicked out. What a joke of a bar. Drove 4 hours from Virginia Beach to spend a lot money with my friends and to have this happen. I am a customer service manager of a 9 million dollar business. Piccadillys is trash. Go to brew bakers.

Horrible. Horrible food. Good drinks though and location. Visited three times to see if it was just an off night for the kitchen. Consistently bad. Bartender was extremely rude, apparently not very happy with her job, tossing stuff on the bar and the bad thing was I think she was management. Never again.

Had dinner here with a group of around 100 folks, the food was delicious, the wait staff were friendly, and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed myself very much. Parking can be problematic if youre disabled or have mobility issues as there is only on street parking available.

Appetizers are very good. Brews are not so good. Service is hit or miss in the bar area/outdoor area. Service is excellent in the restaurant. Prime rib is very good. Other entrees are okay. They now have live bands playing outdoors which have been very loud and unimpressive.
