I wouldnt give this place any stars if I could. Years ago we didnt have any IHOPs near us, and so to come across one was a real treat. Now we purposely dont frequent IHOPs unless there is no recourse. When we got to our motel (9:30 pm) all other restaurants nearby were closed or about to close. So we went to this IHOP. Our food server acted like she was POd because we stopped. The four of us ordered different breakfast items. My wifes and my bacon looked like they were barely on the grill to heat them let alone cook them as only one of the four strips looked cooked. I ordered eggs over well that were actually scorched to the consistency of melted plastic. Our daughter ordered French Toast. When we went to pay our bill one of the cooks took our money. Not the host. The next day our daughter asked if anyone was bothered by what we were served? I said, Yes, I have never had heartburn before so I dont know what it is like, but I believe that I had heartburn for the first time ever. She said she had heartburn too. I dont recommend IHOPs and I dont particularly recommend this one!

The staff is horrible. We were the second party waiting in line, the hostess skipped the first group and started to seat us. We spoke up, she sat the others and then asked how many. At this point we were the only ones there. After a few minutes several groups walked in. Total disarray, the seating got completely upside down with us winding up 5 down the list. We were the second party to walk out before being seated. To top it off, the gap toothed manager was dealing with a complaint and was horribly rude and sarcastic to the lady voicing the complaint. Luckily, Cracker Barrel is right next door!

This is my favorite local IHOP. Ive always had a wonderful experience at this one. The servers are always nice, friendly, and fast paced even when it is packed and busy you may have to watch out for what time you come on Sundays because it seems to be the absolute busiest on those days. It is always clean and nice and cool inside. A great place to sit for a while and enjoy a family meal and conversation, they wont forget about you and you can always ask for to go drinks! The food is excellent at this IHOP and is by far the best local IHOP around.

This morning I walked in the restaurant to eat breakfast . I was waiting front of kitchen to be seat, then I listening this to gigs the cokers I in the kitchen speaking to each other in Spanish talking about sex realy obscene words and realy loud, imagen if bringing my kids wich we are Spanish. Wat they goin to be listening wen they walking in Or we are waiting. to be call for table. Im definitely not happy about that experience. I go there alot but they need to put atención on that.....

Service here is slow and there was 3 people waiting tables. Made it a point to put silverware on empty tables before bringing it to our table of 6. An old man was waiting for a refill near the station where wait staff refills coffee, tea, etc and a waitress walks past him with no eye contact and then turns around to say, "oh do you need a refill?" Maybe theyre volunteers because there is obviously ZERO incentive to do a job well done here. Good luck!

This is by far the worst restaurant I have ever visited. The eggs werent cooked properly, the hash browns were raw, and the strawberry creme crepes had no filling. When asked to correct our order the cooks microwaved the hash browns into mush and the order of 3 crepes came back as a single crepe. If you feel like wasting $40 this is the place to do it otherwise eat elsewhere.

Consistent bad experience. How do you not have fries, sausage and toppings for the pancakes. We have given this location many opportunities and no matter what day of the week or time of day the experience is horrible. Clearly the leadership for this location doesnt care about the customer experience. Never coming back here again....

Came in at 11am. Was not busy, however, took a while to be seated. Our silverware was forgotten until we asked for them. Sides were forgotten, until we asked for them, refills neglected. Seats torn up and taped, bathroom was chaos... what happened to this place?

We like IHOP much more than Waffle House. Very good service, pleasant staff, good food, love having the coffee pot on the table, nice clean place. Same negative as other IHOPs: we wait too long at the cash/exit to pay our bill.

Service is getting worse and worse. 15 minutes just to get our drink order ( 10 minutes later still havent gotten drinks)..... there are 4 in our group and looking around the max amour of people is 4 at a table.....

Food was good but the restaurant could use a good cleaning. Dust on ledge of windows, shades were dirty with food, floor could use to be cleaned/vacuumed and the booth had tips in it with foam showing.

Lame. There are twenty peiple here and we are packed in like sardines. They could spread us out a little. Over-priced truck stop food. Avoid. Go to cracker barrel right behind it.
