I really liked this place. I went to it at least once a week. When I go to a vietnamese restaurant I go straight to the banh mi sandwiches. These guys had a decent sandwich. However today I was in disbelief that on my friends plate there was a live bug. It looked similar to a deer tick. After seeing that and just not knowing what could be in the sandwich I was eating I lost my apetite. I was one bite in and they had the audacity to charge everyone for their food. I am ashamed that I raved about this place and I always insisted in going there when we were in the area.

Wanted to place a to-go order, the girl at the register told me she doesnt take orders and that shell get someone. Waited 25m to be helped, while other people placed an order before me. Waited another 30m to get my order. Took them 20m to hand me my tea. On top of waiting an HOUR for food, it tasted absolutely terrible. As if they used sugar in place of salt. Disgusting food and terrible service. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Food: 2 Decor: 3 Service: 3 Came here to grab some lunch to go. 1. Combination vermicelli bowl, 10 ~Mediocre. Lacked flavor overall. 2. BBQ pork banh mi, 4 ~Mediocre. Really was hoping for some good banh mi, but the bread wasnt crunchy, and the ingredients could have had more flavor. 3. Thai tea boba, 5 ~Disappointing. Didnt like this drink at all and only had about a fourth. Service was a bit on the slow side.

The food is great. The service is hit or miss. We have been here 4-5 times at this point. Tonight, we were pretty much ignored by our server. Other servers had to come help us after we asked for help. Our server was too busy fawning over one table and ignoring countless others. One of her tables had to go to the bar to order. We are normally 20%+ tippers but I left a subpar tip for subpar service.

Walked into this establishment this evening to place an order. We were the only African American people in the restaurant and were totally ignored and looked over. There were two groups of people that came in after we did and were greeted and given seats. We were not greeted and we quickly said something to the greeter about the service or lack there of. Unacceptable and I wont be going back!

We love this place. Service is always great and they know us because we eat here so frequently. Sometimes they just ask us if we want our usual. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. For lunch, the Vietnamese subs are really good. The Pho is excellent and the vermicelli bowls are always a good choice. The ingredients are always fresh and flavorful.

Very disappointed in my experience here today. Was doing some shopping in the plaza so decided to stop in. I waited 30 MINUTES for my order, totally unacceptable. I watched 4 people eat and leave before my food came. Then noticed the health inspection was a 86 (B), the lowest Ive ever seen. Definitely not worth the wait.

Couldnt even try the food. Left before getting the opportunity because we waited more than ten minutes to be seated when there were several empty tables. No one even came over to speak to as, a girl from the bar area yelled at us across the restaurant that shed get us a seat and it never happened.

This is probably the one and only pho restaurant with good food and good customers services in the state of north carolina. Most pho restaurant run with the family staff and not so well spoken English which I have no problem at all but to some people who have a hard time with the services.

I ordered a combo banh mi and my waiter tells me they are out for today. I also ordered a large bowel of pho and my noodles are uncook. While i am eating my pho, i see a server carrying a banh mi to a table. My server no where to be found, having to wave down a different one every time.

We had an amazing dinner last night, had been wanting to go, it was quiet, the service was excellent, the food was amazing--reminds me of my time in Thailand--had the pork/shrimp spring rolls and the seafood Pho--THIS has now moved to the top of our restaurant list!

This is my familys post-church tradition. The food is phenomenal. I highly recommend the pho; every variety is delicious. My favorite is the tofu even though Im not vegetarian; somehow they make it taste like chicken nuggets! Go here. You wont be disappointed.

Food was great as always, but the service was so bad. Guys lets pay attention to the customers much better. We didnt require much just some refills on drinks but i had to get up and ask for the bill then I had to wait for over 10 minutes for change.

I like there services. I just dont like the guy that cleans up the tables. He always have that angry face or down looking face. He never smiles. I think he shouldnt be in the front at all with his pooper face. Other than that the services are good

I enjoy different places so when my friend that has traveled the world suggested this place I was more than willing to come along. The food is authentic. The staff is eager to suggest a meal if you ask. The restaurant is spotless.

Pho is super good. Just happened to stumble on this place a few weeks avo, and was not disappointed. When you step in and can smell the beefy broth aroma in the air, you know youre about to have a great bowl of your favorite pho.

Amazing experience. Delicious pho with fresh ingredients. The folks working there were incredibly nice and treated everyone like family. One of the best places to eat in Raleigh (including the incredible food downtown).

A Vietnamese co-worker introduced me to this place. Never had Pho before and it was a good experience. Sort of like traditional Japanese ramen. Place seemed clean, staff was nice, and the food was good.

Simple diner atmosphere with simply good Asian food at a good price. I had the Vietnamese creps, and was very happy with the fresh flavors. Friends had the soup which also looked good.

They have the best boba in Raleigh. They are super sweet to there customers. Mid you dont know what boba drink to try you should definitely try the green tea with mocha. Its amazing!

My favorite local pho place. Best one I have found in the area. Sandwiches and entrees are all good too. Clean broth (not oily) and generous portions of tendon in the pho.
