Some of the best Italian food Ive had. I lived in Europe, traveled to Italy..etc...and most big name Italian places here in the U.S. dont get it right. Here...they do. ESPECIALLY the Bruschetta. Most places that serve Bruschetta serve some sort of mush or slop or put balsamic vinegar in it. Fabios not only makes it fresh, but the bread is fresh, and instead of serving it on litttttle bits of bread, they serve a good quantity...enough to make it a meal on its own. The pizza is amazing, but I guess thats all in what your preference is. I havent tried everything on their menu yet, and there are a few items I wouldnt recommend...but like I said..preference. The quantity of food they give you is awesome. The prices seem to be on par with other big name Italian food places, however the serving size is way more. The only thing I realllly wish they would make would be penne al arrabiata. I love spicy food. Service is great, friendly, and the place seems clean, Ive gone more than several times, and I havent seen dirty tables or anything like that. It reminds me a lot of a Mom and Pop Italian food place in Europe. Also, the times Ive gone, it hasnt been busy...so there isnt a line to wait in. Usually you go up to the counter and order for lunch time, but dinner time waitresses are there. If I had to give it between a 1 and a 10 rating (10 being the best), I would give it a 15.

Great pasta; I have only had it a few times, and each time was take out. A little pricier than some other places nearby, but you get what you pay for and its well worth it! Very friendly staff. The veal is highly recommended! Update: We finally dined in here last week and the service was great! Good atmosphere and not too crowded. Quick and attentive staff. The food was great as always, made even better by the experience.

At SuperFun Attractions our crews work hard to bring SuperFun to nearly 600 events every year. This is one of our favorite crew spots to stop and grab a bite to eat. Best value, and I dare you to finish a calzone! I start with a half and sometimes take a quarter home because it is enough for 2 meals. First time they brought it to me I said, there has been a mistake, I only ordered a half...it was no mistake.

Fabios has excellent pasta and pizza- NY style. I rate the quality of pizza here up in my Top 10 of all time. Being from Jersey, I will tell you that it is as close as you can get to some of the best in NY metro area. We have never been disappointed with the service, food, or price. Try the cheesesteaks--excellent too!

Most attentive and wonderful service Ive had in recent memory. Very child friendly and cozy. The food was better than we expected, especially the pizza. Great find! Good place to stop on the way out of Cville towards DC or Culpepper.

The service tonight was awful. Beer didnt arrive until half way done with appetizer. Waitress delivered appetizer and pizza then never came back. Although she walked past our table ten times she never checked on us.
