Ive gone to this location several times and I always get the same thing. A lean machine with Splenda. Ive never once gotten it there where it tasted how its supposed to (I go to the tropical smoothie in Culpeper most times). The last two times Ive been it tasted bland, no Splenda, nothing. This time it literally tasted like I was drinking water blended with powder. They obviously didnt add Splenda. Usually I can still drink it adding Stevia as masking the taste, but this was terrible. I took two sips and had to throw it away. I guess its my own fault for not tasting it before I left.

Went for lunch and was clean and nice inside. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread and a blueberry bliss smoothie. I got over charged for my smoothie by a $1.29 but I didnt say anything. I got my smoothie and it taste like pure water. I had them remake it and it tasted much better. I told the girl thank you and she just gave me a blank stare and turned around. As for the wrap it was delicious. Good size and great taste.

I was here yesterday and the poor girl was left by herself. We saw a few people just leave or ask for a refund. Never experienced this business here before. We left as our wait wouldve been a long time as she was running the register and making smoothies. Felt really bad for her and wished I couldve helped her. Get more people to help....Unfair for management to leave her alone like that.

Walked in at 7:50p. They had half the lights off and were cleaning up. They wee nice and took our order but I should have seen the warning signs sing it took 5 minutes for her to type in the order. Two out of the three orders were wrong. We got it to go and my sandwich was not in the bag. Pitiful. This restaurant use to be really good with great service.

Music was way too loud for a restaurant and contained profane language around elderly and children, could hardly have a conversation. Customer in front of me took 10 minutes to order and I was never helped by any of the other employees standing around. Walked out.

I got a smoothie for my brother and brought it home to him and when I pulled into the driveway the smoothie was all over my cupholder because there was a huge hole in the cup. Employees need to better monitor this.
