As a owner of a local business nearby I recommended this restaurant to my clients for delivery. My client called and the person taking the order couldnt speak English well enough to even comprehend a simple order. OK we gave them a pass. Then after waiting 45min-1hr for the delivery we call back and they say 15 min. Claiming there was no delivery driver that day. Moral of the story 1hr45min later from ordering a worker who works next door to them delivers the food. In which was cold and nasty. Apparently it was cooked 1hr 45min earlier and they didnt even care enough to deliver fresh food. Never again will I or my clients go back. And the food isnt that great Ive had wayyy better.

Shrimp chowmein was absolute slop. Old soggy cabbage with a few onion slices and smallish stingy shrimp. Watery garbage! Reapply diappointed with the grocery store quality of the crab Rangoon. General Tsaos chicken tasted like it was made at noon too. FYI the delivery order was 9 pm. The guy who took the order had the coutesy of a cockroach. Best thing about the experience was the delivery guy. He was very nice. Never again.

I ordered online at approximately 11:21 a.m. my receipt show that I would receive my food at 12:25 needless to say I did not receive my food Until 12:50 But hour and a half later The fried rice was not fried rice it was just yellow rice with two pieces of onion And I ordered shrimp rolls and I receive egg rolls food was cold Not a very interesting taste pretty bland never will order from them again

Was worried because I saw a few bad reviews but they are close to home so I gave it a shot! Called to place my order the lady was extremely nice obvious accent but great English and friendly. Order arrived hot and steamy in 40min ordered Bourbon chicken and fried rice with a side of noodles everything was great!...I will be ordering again! I hope they dont let me down.

I live off of Rosemont Road and Lucky Express is down near Lynnhaven Prkwy. there is another Chinese Restaurant around the corner from us.......Yet, I choose to drive to Lucky Express because the food is amazing and so are the Managers as well as the employees. Very Clean, Very Friendly. The lil waving cat kinda freaks me out a lil. Awesome place to eat. Dolly Varney

I love this place. My apt complex is down the street so I thought Id give Lucky Express a try and now I cant imagine going anywhere else. The food is great and you get a lot of it for the price. Everyone is super nice, I cant help but give a good tip, even when Im picking my food up. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by if you havent been.

The girls at work told me about it, and so I tried it. So glad I did!! They gave me a complimentary drink! The food is GREAT, Quality, and Cheap! I got food for a family of 4 for $15.00! And my husband is 64! Take a Left onto VABeach Blvd, its on your Left in the first shopping center! Go slow or you will miss it!

Dont make mistake I made of ordering shrimp with lobster sauce. Ordered delivery. Took over an hour, girl on the phone talked fast and was hard to understand. A quart of Shrimp with lobster sauce consisted of 3/4 of thin milky liquid 1/4 shrimp. Wont use again. Rwst of food ok. Dont recommend. Beverly Hornick

The food is really good, I have eaten all over and this place stacks up with the best. The only thing they did was give me boneless ribs and I asked for the ribs with bones. Still good I just like the other better. I will try other dishes but I bet they are all going to be good.

The person that answers the phone was very impatient and could care less. The nicer I was the worse he got. My food had very little flavor but it was edible. My fried rice was not fried it was yellow. I have no reason to ever try it again.
