Rice and chicken were mushy. Ordered the "Crab rangoon" and received cheese wontons. When I called to tell them they messed up my order the lady proceded to tell me that first they were the same thing....when I told her that those were two different items she then said that mine has crab in it. When I told her it was nothing but cheese she told me that it was imitation crab?? Told her again that there was none of that in there. Then she went on to say that the crab was just cut very very small in the cheese. ... I tore open 4 of those suckers and not one bit of crab , imitation or real, was found. When I tried explaining to her that my concern was just that I didnt want to be charged for something I didnt get she said that none of the other customers complained about the "crab rangoons". Told her I wasnt every other customer and that the order was wrong that it was just cheese, no crab, and that the two items were not the same thing. After she huffed at me saying that she didnt know how else to explain it I hung up. Obviously wasnt going to get my money back and wasnt getting anywhere with this lady. Will be ordering somewhere else next time since they just put whatever in a bag and pass it off as another item.

The worst Chinese food Ive ever eaten. Let me first begin with how disgustingly greasy all of the food was. My husband ordered a pu pu platter that consisted of heavily breaded, oddly colored food- Im not sure if it was actually a real pork rib?? The chicken in the fried rice was gelatinous and slimy and I would not allow my son to eat it. Needless to say, we threw the majority of it out and gave my husband flack for straying from our regular place, Jade Garden. Stay away from this place-yuck. I usually dont give such harsh reviews, but this place deserved it. They should be ashamed for serving such trash. Too bad pics cannot be posted on this site.

This place is a scam. They have two websites. Both list same address and phone number. Both can order online. Ordered online through one, got my confirmation email for delivery. Waited over an hr and tried calling. No one answered. I drove up there and they said they had no order for me. They tried saying I called the wrong number, yet it was the same number posted big on the window. They never offered an apology and asked if I wanted to order in store. There was no way I was giving them my card information again. I will be disputing with my bank instead.

Food is nasty, sesame chicken is mushy and no flavor, rice was dry and tasted old, lo mein noodles looked like earth worms. Food was not fresh. I called to ask for my money back and the lady who answered went crazy on me yelling I dont care and I should have called sooner. I kept asking for her name she would yell I dont care. I asked for a manger she yelled I am the boss! I ended up hanging up. Do not waste your money at this place. Food is horriable! 34.00 in the trashcan. Gross!

It was cool...offered to give me extra ketchup (which normally is considered so much of a delicacy at these restaurants they scowl when you ask them for more ketchup), so that was a pleasant surprise; also, the fries was cooked nice...but the chicken wings were skinny - too skinny for almost $7. Im surprised, because usually its a good proportion of meat on the wings - not here. Ah well. Back to Jade Garden for me.

This is their General Tso Dinner meal. All white Chicken was perfectly cooked with a crispy batter and wasnt drenched in sauce. The Pork fried rice was very good, and egg roll was actually worth eating. Delicious... Best Chinese Ive had in the VA Beach area. Prices are average, drinks are over priced though. This meal was $11. Highly recommended!

Delivery took forever. My wifes chicken and vegetables were so bland, she had to drench them in soy sauce (Ive never seen her use soy sauce before), and my dinner combo came with the smallest egg roll I had ever seen. In addition, their $20 minimum for delivery is pretty high. I wouldnt order from them again.

Disappointing experience. Fried rice, chicken teriyaki and chicken wings had terrible coloring and flavor. Batter for sweet n sour chicken was doughy bland and lightly fried. Everything seemed to taste old and not fresh.The food was so bad we threw it all out. One star for fried dumplings metiocor at best.

The business is great. The woman who runs the place is funny as hell. Food is great ! Cheap and made swiftly to your order. I cant complain one bit. Def worth the price and one of the best Chinese places to go to around the Hampton roads.

Sorry this was awful. The chicken was mushy and not sure it was chicken. The fried won ton were awful. Crab Rangoon was okay at best. Our order was about $50 with tip and delivery...we threw it all away.
