Very small place. Once the waitress took our order she disappeared, Sat on something behind the cash register and we couldnt see her. Food was not good. The sauce on my friends meal wasnt spicy as she had asked for and it was congealed on her plate. I had spare ribs one of which I couldnt get my teeth through or even pull apart with a fork. Then she gave me a bill for $10 over the amount it should have been. Oh and we asked for a glass of tap water. It came tepid and no ice.

The food is good. Once they accidentally served me baby bok choy that was prepared for the cooks lunch. I asked if I could buy some for myself and they refused. This place keeps the good stuff for themselves but serves up some tasty American "Chinese Food" (better than most). I appreciate that they showed me what real Chinese Food is, but was disappointed they would not serve it. On a secondary note, this was several years ago so they may have it on the menu now.

Are you kidding about the shrimp head? They probably grabbed the shrimp from a container which was shipped to them and they werent cleaned out great. I have worked food service for many years and that happens often. Pick it out. Or dont go to a restaurant where you cant prepare your own food. They have always been great to us and had great food. So much food for the money. General Tso is the best.

Best Chinese in Binghamton area. Make sure you ask for it to be a bit spiced. We used to live near there and make the drive still because have not found a better place. The sort of hole in the wall place that makes the best food. Highly suggest take out, the ambience lends itself to taking it to go.

Best take out Chinese in the area. Ive had food from the other take out joints in Binghamton and elsewhere. I can honestly say that I have yet to have Chinese food that tastes better Foliage. Go there, give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

We order about $40 of food from here every other week and it lasts for at least 8 meals. Their General tso Chicken is awesome! Dont bother with those large Chinese buffet places... Foliage is small, family run, but great taste and price.

One of the better, fresher tasting Chinese in the neighborhood. Their dishes are not overly greasy. Service is courteous both in-person and over the phone, and delivery times are consistent. Overall, a good joint.

Very disappointed in the food I ordered. Used to go there years ago before I retired. Went last week. Found the place messy. Food did not taste good at all. Even the white rice tasted off. Will not be going back.

If youre looking for some Chinese for lunch around Riverside drive this is a decent spot. You can get an entree and soup for about $8 and dont have to wait very long.

Best Chinese food in Binghamton. Portions are enough for two people or two dinners. Everything is done fresh. Their bbq boneless ribs are fantastic.
