I work in Town Center. I love coffee/smoothies/cafe sandwiches, etcetera, therefore, this place is unavoidable. I will admit that they have some tasty items for breakfast. However, Ive sworn off this place countless times because of the service, but because of its mere convenience I still stop in. The person that maintains their juice bar is often out on a smoke break during peak hours such as 9am, and the other baristas dont have anything to do with it and dont care that there is no one attending the juice bar. The time I came in before that, they were understaffed and the wait was 20 minutes for my breakfast wrap. I also purchased a fruit cup that had moldy grapes in it (they dont put dates on the fruit cups so you have no idea how long theyve been sitting in that display case/fridge). This place was much better a couple of years ago but it has definitely reached rock bottom with service and efficiency. I will give props to things that dont really matter like the ambiance and convenience of breakfast served all day, but everything else is just completely sub-par. I wont be back. Go Bagels, etc., Barnes and Noble, Simply Fresh, wherever else you can go in Town Center but I have to say I cant recommend this place!

Ive been to the Grind several times and there are many reasons I keep coming back: the people are friendly and know your name, the atmosphere is great (as is the wifi!) and there is a variety of food and coffee (delicious, delicious coffee) to chose from. But the thing that always sticks with me is that there is always something new. The other day, I checked out the zucchini bread they just introduced on the menu. Considering that I have never heard of such of thing, I hesitated to try it. But the bread looked appetizing. And having experienced their other tasty items in the past, I trusted their judgement. Boy, am I glad tried it out! The breads soft melt in your mouth texture, jived well its buttery cinnamon taste. Chalk another win for the Daily Grind and chalk up another new reason to come back!

This place is awful. The girl with the boy cut and boyish clothes is obliviously rude. Today when I stepped in line, another lady came up behind me. Instead of greeting me... She acknowledge the person behind me and ask her if she knew what she want. Nerver even acknowledged my presence... Took the ladys order, & paymen across me. Then did a head nod towards me... "Know what you want." Remind you the lady is BEHIND me. (Im black. The other 2 are white.) This place is morally and ethically wrong with her being there. The other girls are sweet. But this last offense was enough for me to never want to go back.

This was the absolute WORST service I have had in some time! I could not believe how UNFRIENDLY the girl at the register was. I will NEVER go back! My egg sandwich was disgusting but just one sandwich would not stop me from trying a place again. But who wants to be treated so badly by someone whose job is supposed to be friendly customer service? There are plenty of coffee places in the area so while my cup of coffee was delicious I will take my business somewhere else. I recommend the owner takes a serious look at how the staff behaves towards new customers.

On the two occasions I went there I had bad service and expensive coffee that was mediocre. One thing that drives me crazy is when somebody who is about to take your order doesnt even speak to you, or even look at you. They just stop what theyre doing and look down, and then after a few seconds look up and stare blankly at you (still without saying a word). Were you taking my order or were you writing something down unrelated to me? Maybe if you greeted me when I got up to the counter there wouldnt be this confusion. Their coffee was also way overpriced.

Decided to read through the reviews to see if I just went at a bad time - but no Customer Service was a problem. I went in today (NOT at any rush hour) 10:30 am and tried to order an Oatmeal Bowl. The person said it would be a 20 minute wait because she was the only person working today. I decided just to get a cup of coffee - walked over to the coffee bar and the workers (who had no customers) were busy in their own conversation. Left without a purchase and i wont be back.

Not sure what others are talking about, but this place was great. The customer service was perfect & the food was excellent....Had the bacon egg & cheese on a toasted bagel....Hot & fresh....The chi tea as suggested by Olga was the best I ever had....Seating was very accommodating, including a couch & some more comfy relaxing chairs with small coffee tables. Took home a Zucchini bread loaf & coffee cake to munch on later....Cant wait to give lunch a try. Love, love, loved it.

I work right down the street from Daily Grind, and this coffee shop is my favorite escape! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, and I love that theres also the option to grab a smoothie bowl at Cold Pressed (located inside of Daily Grind). The coffee is always fresh, and they make an excellent Cafe au Lait. Its a great place if you just need to grab and drink/snack, but also a great place to sit and work on your laptop, or meet up with friends.

This used to be a good venue to visit but their attention to detail has started to slip over time. Burned out bulbs are left unfixed, the thermostat is usually set too high and the various coffee-bar accessories went unordered. Milk & cream are left in uninsulated and unchilled containers and bake in the afternoon sun. The food is ready-made from Sams Club and the only baked goods made on premises are the cupcakes (which comes from a Sams Club mix).

This was awful. We went in to see a girl taking an order on the phone at the register for 10 minutes, she never looked up and even said one minute. 2 sets of people walked out. My husband said lets leave after hearing her tell the people on the phone her register wouldnt take there Order, I insisted we give it a try. Both of our orders were wrong and it took 20 minutes to get our food.

I really want to love this place. I eat here very often. Its understaffed and Ive only found a single food item that Im happy with so I order it every time. The Chai Tea Latte is amazing as well. In general, calorie information is non-existent. Ive found as many discrepancies with Daily Grind as I have redeeming features so Ill continue to go due to location.

Im here quite a bit, and everyone is always friendly and helpful. Coffee and food is great too! Nice place for a business meeting or just a break in the morning or afternoon. I was told that they just upgraded the wifi too...very fast! Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from...great place, in a convenient location. Highly recommended!

Having sworn off of Starbucks, my husband and I wanted to find a new place to get coffee and chai tea. We found the place! The Daily Grind was really good. No complaints. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the service was relatively quick. My husband said the coffee was good and the chai tea latte was on point!
