Terrible. The staff there are so impatience, not friendly at all. They made my drink wrongly and Never apologize for that. The store is too busy, you need to wait for about 10 mins before you get a drink. And, if your name is not easy to pronounce, they will just skip calling you when your drink is ready and just put it at bar, you need to look for your name on the cups one by one and find yours.

Not much parking and this location is extremely busy due to its proximity the the college. A bit slow because of its busyness. If you go to school here and dont have transportation available, I think its probably closer to 4 stars. If you want to be able to park close and skip the long lines (even if you order ahead on a weekend morning) go somewhere else.

I have never been to this particular Starbucks and I have never been to any Starbucks where the employees have been so rude! I got the feeling the 2 girls working truly disliked each other, and then reflected it on to the customers. Not to mention, my drink was horrible. I will never go back to this Starbucks again.

Very busy on Marshalls Street with all the students. It would be hard to find a time with little to no wait. The few times that I have went, they seem to always be overstuffed. However, even though the line was insane, I didnt really have to wait that long for my beverage. Employees work quite fast.

I love this Starbucks. I used to go there over a decade ago when I first moved to Syracuse. They were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I bring my toddler there now, and they are still awesome. And the coffee is always perfect.

Packed with SU students during the year, be ready for long lines that can almost reach the door. During the summer, its a bit quieter and have even had a quick group meeting for coffee where we could hear each other talk.

Always takes forever to get the drinks, but the atmosphere is nice. Its very bustling, but you can usually get a place to sit in a corner of you have to work.
