I love Einstein Bagel Bros! There bagels are delicious and have a ton of options. However this location lacks a lot of qualities compared to other ones I have been to. I went around 10:20 which is a busy time and trust me I understand that. But I waited over 25 mins for a simple bagel with egg white and cheese... Now there was a line ahead of me but it didnt seem like there was any rush to get peoples food out. The employees where more focused on goofing off and talking to each other versus making the food and drinks. One guy had been waiting forever for a French toast bagel of some sort and the girl at the drink counter shrugged her shoulders and said I dont know I just make the drinks. Then she asks him for his order name... And instead of the manager making it right away, she tell him there were tons of those bagels and they had gotten them mixed up. He didnt get his bagel until 10 minutes after I had gotten mine. The people at this location dont care about the customers and would rather focus on having a good time. The likeliness of me coming back here is very very slim. They need to get there act together or they will lose more business

Great staff, quick when its not too busy. Usually good variety of bagels, even later in the morning. I could not give this place 5 stars. Heres the reason, one morning on my way to work, I stopped for breakfast. They say they open at 6 am, it was approaching 6:30 am and the person with the keys to open the register was not at the store before opening hours. The worker who was prepping the store for customers was very gracious and indicated that she as sorry she could not serve us but she did not know if the person with the keys would be at the store in a reasonable time. Frankly, as a former retail worker, this is unacceptable. The person who opens the store should have all of the tools needed to serve the customers.If this means the keys to the cash register, the codes to begin the POS system, whatever - no customer should be turned away because the store cant take payment due to another employee.

The Asian cashier has a very pleasant, cheerful, very helpful personality that makes a top-notch, quality customer service! Lox is one of my favorite treat and not all bakery restaurants in VABeach serve a good lox such Einstein Bagels. Though, one male employee called attention upon himself, was arrogant, loud, vulgar, staring and sitting among customers dining table, it made some of us customers very uncomfortable.

There were two customers in line, I was second. All I wanted was a coffee. Before I could order, the cashier bailed on me. A minute later, I could see her texting in the back while a line built up behind me. Wtf Otherwise, the food was good and the customer service from the other associates was good. It was busy when we arrived and despite the wait, no one seemed upset and the orders came out correctly.

This place is probably good for sandwiches, soups, etc. It has a very nice seating area, and even though it is an open area, it didnt seem noisy even with lots of people in there. The bagels, however, werent impressive. The blueberry bagels had very little flavor, and the shmear wasnt notable. The everything bagels were good.

Walked in at 1:46 P.M. And the place was empty. Wife ordered a french toast egg sandwich, i had the nova lox, and they were both spectacularly delicious. Great customer service and Jeff was personable and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Your standard Einstein Bagels - decent Bagels and lots of choices for bagel sandwiches. This location has a nicer seating area than most. Its not huge, but its a nice place to sit and study. Pretty quiet early in the morning too.

Dont take my two stars as I dont go there . Its ok for bagels with cream cheese but bagel sandwiches that should be hot arent no matter how many time you ask them upfront to double cook it . Not a lot of better options .

The bagels are good and Ive also ordered a bacon and spinach egg bagel which was good but very greasy on the outside. Which I didnt unerdstand. That is my only gripe. Other than that I like this location.

Good bagels and friendly people. The weirdest thing to me was how they left a vacuum and its long cord out in the middle of the seating area the whole time we were eating. It was a trip hazard.

bagels are supposed to be boiled in acidulated water first to give them the tooth the crust and then baked. These were nothing but a load of dough mushy thick dough.
