So, this was the second time that I can remember for sure that I had received horrible service. The people there are either just pissed that they have to work, or too trendy for anyone that doesnt wear skinny jeans. A few weeks back I specifically asked for an esspresso shot with one ice cube. I said it like 4 times, ONE ice cube please. I just want it to be drinkable. I got my drink and it had like 5 ice cubes in it. It was iced coffee. Today, I walk in and it takes the super trendy guy thats playing with his hair and talking to his friends like 3 minutes to even acknowledge that I am there, then I ask for an esspresso shot and a passion tea with NO sweetener. Guess what my passion tea had in it? This place sucks and I will never be back. Dont even bother going in unless you are an avid PBR drinker that wears skinny jeans and listens to Mumford and sons.

I was having a great time with the lady who took my order. She was polite nice and friendly. When I received my drink from the next lady. She has curly hair faded purple ends, she didnt give me a straw. So I just asked if I could have a big straw. She had such an attitude in her body language about giving me a straw she picked all the straws out of the bucket and threw on top of the counter top and she said "how she doesnt have all these hands to run the bar". All I asked was for a straw.... !?!?!? And your getting rude with a customer, if your that stressed out under pressure maybe Starbucks isnt the place for you. Sorry but this lady was rude about it.

The experience wasnt bad save for the fact that one of the baristas found it necessary to sing the whole time. Thats all good and well but Im there trying to read and its distracting. I like going to read at coffee shops because the nonobtrusive background noise is usually pleasant. Even when she wasnt singing she was still speaking at a jet engine decibel level. I feel bad because she seems friendly enough but it was too much. When youre in public you shouldnt be so loud that everybody can hear you and stop what theyre doing to wait for a lull in your loudness.

Anytime Ive been here they have always been very friendly and upbeat which is great. They always welcome us and give my daughter an extra hello. Their selection of food and coffee drinks are always to par and delicious. Close to home and very convenient. The store is always clean and full of happy customers when we go.

The people here are unbelievably so friendly and so clean yeah I just love the service and the coffee is great however they did run out of the spinach wrap I was looking forward to but Ill try again some other day.

Best Starbucks in the area hands down. Always made right. Ive went to plenty others and always have to get my Carmel macchiato made over. Or they offer me to add a extra shot of espresso to make it taste right.

Typical Starbucks. Small parking lot that starts busy and in corner of busy shopping center so its hard to get in and out sometimes. But coffee and service was good.
