The service here is absolutely unprofessional. The young woman at the window literally degraded me as i left. She said a very blatantly loud and rude comment about me. "Ew whats wrong with her face?" Then she laughed obnoxiously. I noticed she was intentionally trying to make me upset because she had a mean attitude towards me when i picked up my order and she left the window wide open as she insulted me in front of her coworkers. This is unfair to me, for i came there as a calm collected HAPPY customer just trying to get ONE DONUT AND COFFEE. Instead i get rude service and a bad start to my day. Thank you so much you evil woman. I hope she either gets written up or losses her job. I left a review on their website too with the date and time. If she isnt going to be respectful to customers as a cashier then she doesnt deserve respect or the job position.

The store set up was nice and the ladies on the coffee side knew the products and how to get the customers in and out. They had to help the donut workers. They were terrible! One guy barely spoke or understood English. Not being funny at all and he was the"acting lead person" over the other cashiers. The girl at the counter didnt know anything about anything, except the up-charges for Apple fritters and power ranger speciality donuts. Which they dont tell you cost more until you are paying and the amount doesnt seem correct. I got a coupon online and they couldnt figure that out either..Smh! I didnt even get the donuts, I was so aggravated with them at that point, I just left! Did I mentioned this took over 25 mins... Thumbs down

They are cutting back on the size of the variety doughnuts yet raise prices! The size is starting to look like mini doughnuts that they sell at the casinos in Reno NV! The filled doughnuts are also having less filling. Now they charge extra for feature doughnuts when done, yrs back they didnt. Krispy Kreme is caving in and becoming like the other companies sadly. You could buy a 64 Oz carton of milk, now its 59 Oz and the price still the same! Do these companies really think the consumers dont notice? Krispy Kreme use to be more like the mom and pop type places. Gone are those days...

I dont know if there is a "bad" KK? But anyway this one is great. They make their donuts on premises and nothing is better than a KK donut hot off the production line. Very friendly staff, plenty of pleasant tables to sit and enjoy your donuts and coffee if you are not blasting off right away. The location is right on Virginia Beach Blvd, access is fantastic, and tons of parking as well as drive thru. Did I say it doesnt get much better than this? 5 stars. If you are a KK fan, youll really like this store.

Was very upset being told that hot doughnuts were going to be ready at 6pm wait for 25 minutes only to be told not until 6:45pm such a waste of time and disappointment. Customer service not to friendly no greet, no smiles as if it was a bother to them for being there. I myself work with customers everyday and wouldnt dare act like that. Sorry wont be returning back, sad to lose customers. This happen on 04/08/17.

The workers are always friendly, service is fast (both inside and the drive through), and of COURSE the doughnuts are delicious! They have many varieties to choose from and a nice cup of their coffee is a perfect match to any of their doughnuts. Conveniently located not too far from Town Center. My kids like to watch them make the doughnuts through the window inside the shop. Best place to get doughnuts!

Went into the va beach location a couple weeks back. IT WAS AMAZING the lady was so sweet with our kids...playing and showing them everything I have not experienced such great service ever! Please I cant remember her name but I wish I could attach a picture bc we ended up taking a family pic with her! FAVORITE LOCATION BY FAR! This woman made Krispy Kreme (chain) like a family owned corner donut shop!

Poor Customer service. The people in the back seemed to be kind and ready to work, but the front staff was too busy to notice the customers whod walked in. And after waiting ten minutes to even pay for my order, the person up front tried to push me to buy something I didnt want, even after saying no twice. There needs to be some customer service training before I even think about coming back here.

Its Krispy Kreme, whats not to love! Always delicious glazed donuts, mouthwatering and melt in your mouth when pulled off the line warm and freshly glazed. My family enjoys watching the donuts go through the cooking process, making a game out of counting how many get stuck on the conveyor belt or dont flip correctly in the dryer. The service at this location is always courteous and fast.

While visiting Virginia Beach last week (7-5-16) we went to this Krispy Kreme and had some amazing donuts as well as service from Ramona. We went back a few days later on our way home & she remembered us! After leaving we realized some of our filled donuts werent filled so we went back & Ramona apologized & gave us our correct donuts as well as extras. Awesome business and service!

The BEST doughnuts around& I would no,it is my favorite food!!.They are Hot&Fresh,right out of the oven.Hard to find anything bad to say about the place,but when I visited it had been1st time in awhile id been there&prices had went considerably up!.For a dozen mixed&1dozen glazed it was right@$20.but,id have to say..even w that,was worth it for a special once in awhile treat!

The staff were very rude and in the middle of ordering my food the speaker went silent and they never said another word. Once we got to the window we had 4 different people come to the window to ask what I had ordered and made it seem like it was my fault that they got the order wrong. If I had my guess I would say this is poor management and Im very disappointed.

Poor customer service. The employee who took my order spoke broken English and repeatedly rushed through my order after a repeatedly told her that was incorrect. She absolutely could not understand me. I got tired of fighting it so I took my incorrect order. And then there were what apear to be coffee grounds in the bottom of my iced coffee. :/

Donuts were delicious despite charging an extra 3 dollars for a 4th donut, but the female at the driver thru was "very hard at hearing" and what should have been less than 10 minutes at a drive thru was 30 minutes as she repeated ask what are the last two donuts and tell us the first 2 out of 4 were out

Donuts are great, so the slow service is balanced out. Usually, anyway. Learned the hard way to open the box before leaving if using the drive thru. 2 mile drive to get them; got home and found four of the six I paid for. On principle, went back to get the others and got rude sevice with them.
