Been going to this place for years. It has changed hands several times. The food use to be very flavorful and on the spicy side which I really like. Whenever I ordered fajitas, they were always just right. However the last couple of times I went, The food was kinda bland. Had to add hot sauce to everything. Even the the hot salsa was not hot. They always give you big portions, so much you have to get a to go box. The biggest problem my family and I have experienced the last two times we ate here, was a terrible upset stomach. I thought it was just me, but all of us experienced the same thing. Also, there are no grab bars in the womens bathroom. This is not really a handicap restroom. The porcelain facility is very low and there is no grab bar. Very bad situation for a handicap person. The bathroom is clean, but there is no ventilation in there and it is very hot. I am also concerned about there is no hot water to wash your hands and what does come out of the faucet is very restricted. It is a shame, because they use to have so much going for them. Now I am reluctant to go back. I hope they fix these issues

Went there for a couple years until their food went downhill and the place was in desperate need of upgrading. They finally upgraded with a nice outdoor seating area and some new used tables in their middle dining area and new plates. So we thought wed give them a try again. The food is slightly better HOWEVER their cleaning habits remain the same - DIRTY FLOORS AND SEATS IN BOOTHS. Which resulted in my dining with an unwanted guest under my leg without my knowing until I moved over a bit and discovered A ROACH WAS UNDERNEATH MY LEG as I ate my food!!! When I brought this to the attention of the waiter and the manager both only said "oh sorry". No refund or discount or "the next dinner is on us". NOTHING. Needless to say we will not be returning. El Loro is MUCH better; they are professional yet friendly, superb food, and always super clean.

This place is tucked away behind a Brusters so its almost a locals place since not many people can see it from the main road. It can be busy at times, but Ive never had to wait for a table. The menu is really awesome because it has some items on it that Ive never found anywhere else - the Xango is amazing btw! Most menus in this area are very similar and thus Ive traditionally never gotten excited over eating Mexican food since it never really mattered where we chose to eat. Ever since I started going to Camino Real, Im constantly suggesting it when my friends and I are trying to decide what to have for dinner. The staff is also very fast and friendly!

My husband and I go at least once a week up to Camino for great food and amazing service by Javier!! They all know us by name, greet us when we walk in the door, and take us to our favorite table. This is a place unlike other mexican restaurants, where they really do spend time getting to know their regulars! Herbierto and Diana are the owners, and they are always there making sure that everything is running smoothly. The Nachos Con Chorizo and the Choro Pollo Dinner are two of the best around... its a must. They have a great happy hour too! Thank you to everyone there that makes us feel special and keeps us coming back! See you this Wednesday!

I shouldnt give them a 5 because they got our order wrong, but I cant help it because it was the best beef Ive ever had at a Mexican restaurant. We ordered the fajitas texanos, which has steak, chicken and shrimp. They gave us just the steak fajitas. I was disappointed because thats usually my least favorite meat of the texano but it was honestly the best Ive ever had. The menu had lots more than a typical Mexican restaurant. They also have a cute patio! I will definitely be returning!

They have delicious margs! Many flavors and sizes, if you have more than one you probably shouldnt drive. The food selection is good, there are combos if you cant decide what you want most. Big dining room, small bar area. They were super helpful. I was here for a social gathering, it was a great casual environment for us to chat and hang out. Friendly staff.

Over charged for dinner - waiter argued, waiter gave us the wrong amount of change- waiter argued about the amount - it wasnt pleasant. I only had $20.00 bills - no way to accidentally give another denomination. I never did get the right amount back, and I was still over charged. It had been great, but it isnt now.

We went there tonight because we wanted to try a new Mexican place and they accept the Kids Dine Free card. Oh my word, we will be back many more times. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was awesome. Very nice people we look forward to seeing again!

Im pretty picky about food, and I have yet to find a local Mexican place in the area that serves food that I like. The only flavor it had was salt. I guess its back to Abuelos for me. Oh, the chips were wonderful.

Steak/chicken/shrimp fajitas were they best Ive had. Food got to my table incredibly fast. And the staff, was more than accommodating and polite. Cant wait to eat here again. Next time, outside, when is warmer

We LOVE Camino Real, the food and service is great! My husband is Mexican and this is his favorite restaurant. Our favorite food selections include the Molcajete and Fajitas Vallarta.
