Ive been coming to this Starbucks location since October 2015. All of the workers at this location are very rude people and very moody and never smile, except one tall black guy that always so nice to me. I work around the area so i go to here to get coffee. But today, ive had enough of their rudeness. i tried to ask for a refill with soy milk, and i didnt get my soy milk until i asked for it. The short guy named Bill was very rude to me. He didnt even want to give me soy milk for my coffee. He told the other guy named Justin to give me soy milk. He even told me that they charge $0.60 cents for soy milk. I said i asked for soy milk and you didnt hear me. i was so pissed today and i left and called back and trying to speak to the manager named Ashante to complain about their service but she wasnt there. Justin even tried to offer me to come back and give me a gift card. I said: i dont want your money, i want to speak to the manager about your very rude service. I told them i will call back tomorrow and speak to the manager. The guy named Bill was also rude on the phone. He was only a chef there and he was so rude. Hes not even the store owner, he should be ashamed of himself. All of the workers at this location should be fired and dont need to work there at all. They dont treat people with respect so they dont deserve the jobs.The should shut down the store because of their rudeness. I am so pissed i want to sue them after i speak to the manager tomorrow. I want to know who the owner is. Theres hundreds of Starbucks in DMV areas. Customers should spend their money for coffee on other Starbucks. I dont wanna to waste my money on this store anymore. They dont deserve my business.

I had been a loyal customer of this Starbucks location. Typically, I would by and have my coffee ground there. Each time I did this, Starbucks would provide a complimentary small cup of coffee. Well, I guess times are tough for Starbucks in this location. Today, I bought and ground my coffee as usually, but this time they would not give me the complimentary coffee. When I asked for my complimentary coffee, the cashier said that they do not do that and that I should buy Starbucks coffee at a grocery store if I wanted complimentary coffee with a purchase of their over priced coffee. I registered my dissatisfaction with their devolved customer service and left. Times are tough enough for people. There are plenty of other coffee shops that are not as complacent as Starbucks. So I am taking my loyalty elsewhere. I suggest if you are not treated as a valuable customer, you go else where as well.

Time for Starbucks corporate to send in their very best customer service training team to come in and not necessarily "clean house and restaff" but remind the staff that are servicing their loyal customers and newcomers what exactly the Starbucks logo, that is prominently above the front door, stands for. From the cashier greeting to the beverage delivery as well as employee staffing discussions/problems taking place behind the counter. Customer service needs to be reinforced. Lets hope that Starbucks corporate actually takes the time to read these reviews. On second thought, maybe ill just forward directly to them. :)

Ive been a loyal customer to this particular location for years because they open so late! Unfortunately, over the past year, the quality of service in this place declined. They provide slow and sloppy job. They refuse to listen to customer. Few times (recently) I got whipped cream although I specifically told them not to put it on my drink. Many times they forgot to mix the syrup, ruining the taste of my drink. Now Im considering never going back to this place because they refused to accept my free reward (of course, my reward wasnt expired)... Farewell to my used-to-be favorite Starbucks store.

This Starbucks location exemplifies the modern public corporation in every way. The employees are either training or hate their job with a passion. Starbucks coffee is like the "Natural Light" or "Milwaukees Best" of coffee. There is always a long line, and sometimes there are employees standing around doing nothing. If bland, flavorless coffee served with an attitude is what youre after, then this is the spot. I prefer to get my coffee from privately-owned cafes that actually serve good coffee with a smile.

Large, spacious, and airy. Plenty of seating both for groups and lots of solo tables scattered around, for working. Note: this is a stand-alone Starbucks, located within a shopping center.

For Starbucks, this is a solid location. Nothing wrong with it. Good service. If you are looking strictly for coffee, however, there are better options within minutes of here (Dunkin).

They actually close at 10:30 and not 11. My psl was made sloppy. I think the prices are a bit too much. Considering im a friggin Gold card member. Wheres my Golden Star service. Rude!

Im not much if a coffee drinker but I find the coffee here to be fine. The one thing that I like about any Starbucks though is that you can use the toilets here for free!
