We visit Gettysburg several times a year and always stop in the Union Cigar Club. Weve always had a good experience until last week. I purchased four Cohibas, including two in the silver tubes for $17+ each. When I got home in Ohio and gave the gift cigars to my son and husband, one of the tubes was empty. I used the "Contact Us" section of the store website and asked them what I need to get it replaced and have received no response whatsoever. Im very disappointed in them.

Walked in here on our visit to Gettysburg for my girlfriend to try a cigar. I asked the gentleman at the counter for a starting cigar for her (I dont know much about them) and he immediately directed us to a higher quality flavored brand, Cao, and she loved the two that she bought. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended shop.

They have some nice cigars and the atmosphere is nice too. The one thing that would improve this shop would be consistent customer service. I have been several times and sometimes it has been good but too many times I have been ignored and when you ask a question you are made to feel you are bothering them.

Stopped in this weekend when we were downtown doing some Christmas shopping. I was on my phone and this came up as a near by place close to where we had lunch. I was able to find a nice gift for my husband. Nice staff who were very helpful. Liked this place alot
