This buffet was really terrible!!! Me and my friends thought it would be a good buffet because as you walk in, its fancy with big horses, classic music and nice decor. As we sat down at our table, our waiter didnt say a word to us really. She just said, "Do you want anything to drink?" Then we told her what we wanted. Then she came back and just filled our cups without saying anything. So, then me and my friends got up and got some food at the buffet. It looked all old, like it had been out for hours or days and it all looked kind of scary looking. I got a scallop and it didnt taste right and my friends got a lot more than me. They got sushi, scallops, shrimp, chicken and ice cream. My friend said, the ice cream didnt taste quite right and they didnt have any vanilla ice cream. The sushi had fish eggs on it and the shrimp looked all hard and old. The octopus and okra looked all old in the buffet area and the egg drop soup looked like vomit. We were disappointed in the service and when our waiter came back with our receipts she just gave it to us and didnt say a word. She just walked away. As we left, we all got food poisoning and we were really sick from it. All of us were vomiting and having digestive issues. I cant believe its almost $10 for this crap and if you eat here, you will be disappointed and stuck in the bathroom for a week worshipping the porcelain gods. It was so HORRIBLE!!!

This is a really nice buffet, as compared to any other options in this area. The decor is great, the atmosphere is casual, as most buffets. But it is overall superior to other Chinese buffets in the area. They offer wine and beer, which is a nice addition. The selection of food is really almost unbelievable. Starting off, the soup selection is great and the miso soup is better than some I have had at the best Chinese restaurants. Shellfish of many types, fresh, hot and cold, and fish cooked many ways, are good, and well-prepared in a good variety. The hibachi bar offers the most options for grilling your choices of fresh meats and veggies. The standard Chinese dishes are well stocked, really good versions of each. Our party didnt try the requisite American cuisine on any trip but the dishes were fresh, and plentiful. The sushi is standard fare, prepared to order, and as you watch, if you like. Overall, though I live one county north of Greensboros county, its best to make the trip here 30 mile trip here rather than eat at any of my local buffets.

Some food is ok but some is pretty bad. The sushi is not fresh and some of their food tastes weird. Whats really bad about this place is its service. The waitresses here are so arrogant and do not care about your feelings. When all of their credit card readers were down and I asked one of the waitresses how long it would take them to fix them so I could pay my bill by card, the waitress literally ignored me and walked away. I am 100% sure she heard my question and when she heard my question, she just walked away. When I asked her second time how long it would take them to fix the machines, she yelled at me, " I told you it was down!" What kind of service is this? I dont feel Im being treated as a customer at all. Also, the manager here is also very cold and does not care about what customers feel. Overall, the place does not worth the price and I will never go there again. Good luck to those who go there and try to get a decent service. Some of their food is ok though.

I have been coming to this buffet since it opened. I will NEVER go back. Ive never had to make a complaint until today. The man in charge of making the sushi rolls said he would make me one (they always make me one when I ask) and 45 minutes later, nothing. I kept checking with him so I know its not that he forgot. Again, not the problem because I understand he is busy. When I went to pay, I told the man what happened and he acted like it was MY FAYLT for asking in the first place. I even told him that the man making the sushi could have said no but he said it wouldnt be a problem. The man at the register kept blaming me so I finally asked "do you even care?" and he said no. Ive never had a person who is the face of any business not care about their customers. HORRIBLE service.

Do not waste your money. As the other reviews state: cold food, questionable cleanliness, and rude staff. Waitress only came by our table once and had to be waived over. Buffet was cold. Hibachi meats starting to sour. Beef actually had a green tint after cooked. Ice cream scoop from bar had left over ice cream all over it. Dumplings, general tsos, and sesame chicken were borderline unedible due to cold and hardness. I get the product usually offered at these type of places, but can confirm other reviews that wait staff makes a point to review your tips in front of you. For this point alone, we will never be back. This place cost 17 dollars a head after tip for one person on a Wednesday evening...

Very bad experience. I asked one of the guy employees if they could bring out cheese pizza and he said they dont make it without pepperoni and he was just plain rude and I let it go, later on I asked where the clean bowls were for the ice cream and he says "there right here" and then picks one up and slams it back into the pile of bowls which looked dirty to me. Plain rude and then when I made a complaint to the manager, I could see where the employee learned his manners. Manager is terrible. Rude guy. Recommend no one ever going there. This guy shouldnt be running a restaurant. Waitresses however were very nice.

Place is nice, seems clean, quality of food is not bad either. But unfortunately they hire highly unprofessional waitresses, barely can understand customers need sand orders. We visited it once and the waitress gave us hard time enjoying our lunch, and after that she almost insulted us because she was not happy with the tip and started to express that by cleaning our table while we still around it by throwing empty dishes and glasses to her cart so aggressively that I bet every customer in this large restaurant heard that. When we complained about that to the manager, he calmly apologized.

Me and my wife had lunch here today, food was decent, but when desert time came there were dirty plates mixed in with the clean ones by the ice cream section, we told the waitress that there were dirty plates mixed in and she insisted they were all clean, so we decided not to have ice cream and she still insisted the plates were clean and to have some ice cream, anyway we paid the bill and decided to not leave a tip since the waitress was so pushy she then chased us to the door and asked for a tip. That was so unprofessional. Never again will we eat there again.

I came into this establishment 30 minutes before they closed; with the complete intent to hurry and proceeded with understanding that they closed in 30 minutes... however I was greeted with" we close in 30...if u want what we have left; check it" I could totally respect this ( I work retail; my bf is a cook, I GET IT) i decided it looked like the things that I liked that were available, I stayed... badddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd idea. I was met at EVERY BUFFET with staff waiting for me to move...( if u close at 7:30pm dont advertise that 10:30 is shut down
