Good Food, great customer service, fun atmosphere. Raúl really cares about his customers and wants you to feel like he is making the food just for you. The guacamole is so refreshing and fresh with a lime accent, you think (for a moment) you are eating this at a Mexican beach resort. The freshly made tortillas make everything taste better. Everything I have tried so far has been great. This is a complete shock in Ruckersville, VA. The desserts are freshly made by the family. If you have not had a homemade Churros or the Tres leche cake, then this will always make you want dessert here. The Churros are NOT those over-sugared, stale, crumbly things you get from under a heat lamp at a convenience store. NO, these have a lite crunch on the outside and ARE FILLED with a wonderful treat inside. In a sea of just barely OK places to eat in Charlottesville and Ruckersville. I pray enough people discover Mi Casa and it stays here for a long time.

The service is 5 Star. The staff is world class. But the food I wish I was able to throw up to get rid of it. The chicken tasted like can or like it looked like cat filet food. Not joking. The salad bowl the shell was really good but never again. 3 ppl ate and with dessert it was 45.00$ not fast food price but really fast food taste. No Taco Bell is better. Only with food. The manger was great very personable very friendly and tried to learn your name. But on a fri. Night dinner I will take taste over polite servers. My one day a week I dont have to cook. Wish I had.

This is a great restaurant concept!! The owner, Raul Loredo, emigrated here from Mexico, and he has been working in the restaurant business for nearly 25 years, and this authentic food is amazing! When you order, you are given a basket of warm tortilla chips and salsa, and your drink. You seat yourself and minutes later your order is brought out to you cooked fresh to your liking. Big thumbs up, and prices are lower than the other Mexican restaurants. It is a great for take out as well if you are in a hurry. Try this place and you will NOT be disappointed.

Unbelievable. This guy cares *SO* much. Fantastic food. Reminds me of northern Mexico street tacos. Bravo! It was awesome to see him work. He has that "when there is time to lean, there is time to clean" pride in taking care of his restaurant, and not just serving the best food. The town is lucky to have him.

Very , very good. The cheese dip is perfect, as is the salsa (amazing how some Mexican places cant even get the basics just right). My buddy went out of the his way to say how good it was. Definitely not just another Mexican place. Service was really good. Looking forward to next time.

Great food, service, and prices. The owner walks around to all of the tables and actually has a real conversation with you. He is very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. I wish more restaurants were like this!

Great food at reasonable prices. Definitely some of the best Mexican rice Ive ever had! The staff is very friendly and eager to help. Could do with replacing the booth seating though. Recommend a table and its all good.
