My 1st clue to skip here was when my son in law who is staying in Woodstock for work & whom we came to surprise told us he had eaten here the night prior only to have his & the other workers orders totally screwed up. Thought maybe it was just the night so tried it against better judgement. As I pull up to the speaker in the drive thru a girl pops up from the concrete she was laying on chatting on her cell phone still wearing her KFC headset & we hear her say "Great there are 3 of them so Ill have to call you back". As she proceeds to beat on the door to be let back in. That shouldve been clue #2 but since I see the good in everyone I decide maybe she realizes we saw & heard her so her behavior will improve. Wrong!! She was completely rude taking our order & continued to be the entire time. Then I get back to our hotel to eat the mashed potatoes & gravy I had so desperately wanted only to find my bowl filled with nothing but gravy. Now unless you have an issue with your eyesight there is no good reason that should happen!! Very disappointed I wasted my money & gave this place the benefit of the doubt. Never ever again!!!

The chicken was dry, they gave us mac and cheese that was half filled and cold. We got original chicken and it was very dry and tasted like uncooked fish. We had to wait a long time to get our food and it was all cold. They say finger licking good? Well i wasnt licking my fingers after this. Very disappointed and wont be coming back to this KFC. If there was a way to give them 0 stars i would.

We had just gotten back from a long day and we were to tired to cook so we stopped at this KFC for dinner. The food is great for a fast food place! The drive through is very efficient for a busy hour. The only problem is that we were asked multiple times to repeat our order because the worker had not heard it. Other than that, great place for a quick meal

Worst service ever. I particularly loved it when my wife said she wanted mac and cheese and was told she could only have one side. So she said "ok how about mac and cheese". It worked that time. No milk or Capri sun for the happy meals. That stuff was due in a week. No napkins. Totally bizarre experience.

Worst food establishment ever. The tables were dirty, staff is generally rude,and our order is always wrong. They rarely give you the amount of food that is supposed to come in the box & they leave trash on the floor. Dont go here!

It took 30 minutes for the people to give me my food. They just sat there talking to each other. It also took an extra 5 minutes to get to drinks and one of them she just had to get out of the fridge. Would never eat there again.

I requested a cup to get water and mentioned that it was for my two thirsty dogs. The cashier suggested a bowl with a lid. She gave me two bowls with lids. My dogs really appreciated it and so did I. Thanks!!!!

It is on, friendly but "harried" staff. Could have been a little cleaner. Was a little skimpy on the sauce for Nashville Hot Chicken. Otherwise its a typical KFC.
