The girl who took my order was curt and rude and just awkwardly stared at me when I finished paying for my order, no "have a nice day" or even "your food will be ready down there", she just said nothing. I waited considerably longer for my food than at other Panera locations, and as I waited watched a customer come back in with a bag of food and tell them that wasnt her order. Then when they gave the bag to the right customer, that customer also came back and said theyd forgotten her croutons lol. When I got my sandwich it was falling out of its box and sloppily thrown together, and the avocado on it was brown and spoiled looking, which grossed me out. So yeah.

The manager at this location is clearly running of the companys reputation. I have been to the Main St. location in Williamsville four times in the last two months. The place was filthy every time. Food and garbage on the floor, less than clean dishes, more dirty tables than clean, and disgusting fingerprints on the tablets as you walk in. I have taken my business to another location.

A group of about a dozen of us how up every Saturday morning starting around 7:30 and eat, drink coffee or tea and generally have a good time. Everybody in the bunch loves the menu and the coffee - which is very drinkable, unlike most restaurant swill. Panera hasnt called the cops on us, so I guess well keep showing up.

I used to work at Panera and loved it. The food is a little pricey but all in all it is worth the cost. Tuesdays there is a bagel sale, the soups rotate throughout the week, and the deserts are tasty!

Great place for lunch, all the food items are incredible. It is very similar to other Paneras, although its a bit smaller and not quite as nice s others Ive been to. Still great experience, though.

This is a great place to go to grab a quick and healthy bite to eat. Go by yourself or with others, and enjoy Wi-Fi and a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by numerous choices for food and drinks.

Parking is easy, the restaurant is clean, and the staff are great. The only down side is that in my opinion the food is pricey for what you get.
