I quit going to Taco Bell for many years because of the lack of ability to ever get my order right. I got a random craving one evening a couple of years ago, and I decided to give them another chance. A gentleman named Jose got my order perfectly, and he continued to do so every order since (there have been many). I havent seen him there my last couple of visits, but I hope they hold on to him! I cant thank him enough for restoring my love for Taco Bell. His service has always been speedy, incredibly polite, and friendly. He always goes the extra mile to make me feel great about my experience each and every time. I will say that the woman who has been in the late-nite window my last couple of visits has been stellar as well. Congrats on being a fast food establishment who actually knows how to hire great people!

The employee at the window did not speak English and she could not get the order right to save her life. After telling her NO CHEESE on anything, we get home and find cheese everywhere. Not so good, since we are lactose intolerant. It was raining so hard that we did not return, but instead had to throw it all away. I have no issue with immigrants coming to our country. We are a melting pot"...the issue I have is NOT LEARNING ENGLISH. I am not asking anyone to give up their native tongue, I am however asking that if you want to live in a country, have the common courtesy to learn the language so you too can communicate with folks. Good grief..give me a damned break already!!! Next time I want a taco, I will make it at home, at least I know it will be prepared correctly!!!

I had great serves tonight. Got there 20 minutes before close and the lady who was working the speaker and window was amazing! She was polite, very very nice (dont think anything could of taken her smile away). I go to this taco often and havent had a bad experience or less than par food. They are quick and nice. Drive thru cashier rang up the wrong meals. Politely asked for the correct meals, and the woman working accused us of changing our minds after we ordered, refused to refund/adjust the charge for the meal (which we didnt even request), and when we got the correct meals, the food was messily thrown in the bag half wrapped. Wont be back. Terrible service.

THEY GAVE ME MEAT! I SAID FOR THEM TO "REPLACE BEEF WITH BEANS!" They completly put beef. I am a vegitarian. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! When the food is vegitarian the food is good though.
