Edit: David the GM got in contact with me and made everything right. I was able to get my meal in just a few moments and it was quite satisfying. If you have any issues with this BK, talk to David, and he will ensure you are taken care of. Original review: I went there on March 9th, 2015, around 1:20 PM. The associates were friendly, but, once I ordered, it took about 10 minutes to receive my food. After sitting down, I discovered that they gave me the wrong burger, so I went to fix that, waited about 10 more minutes, and was given the wrong food again. I went back up, and after a few minutes, I was given another burger, which, once again was the incorrect order. During this time, the manager on duty just manned the drive thru, and never interacted with me. Another manager ended up clocking in, and gave me a refund after I asked a few times, she did apologize to me, but, it seemed to be in a rude or condescending manner. The associates were nice enough to give me a free pie and were genuinely sorry for my bad experience, unlike management. So, after 30+ minutes at this burger king, I had about 5 fries and a pie. I wrote feedback on BKs website the day this happened and I have yet to hear anything, which is disappointing. I manage a quick service restaurant, and I can tell you now, it seemed like the managers were useless, one of the associates said to his manager, that he, the manager, is supposed to be helping them, opposed to just being one function. The worst part of all is that it wasnt even that busy until about 15-20 minutes after I got there. If I could, my rating would be 0 stars.

The staff was polite enough and as smart what you would expect at some of these locations... however my problem is with them burning the food. I often come to Burger King for of if the following items 1) French Toast sticks or 2) a Sausage Croissanwich. These are simple and very popular items in the menus. Unfortunately this location 50% of the time is always burning/over cooking the French toast and the croissants. That come about most dark brown and parts of it very close to black. If I wasnt already in my office by time I notice I would definitely take it back and have them make me a fresh order! P.S. I dont do reviews often as I just noticed that I could of uploaded a picture. I would of taken a picture before I disposed of the "food" and started drinking a protein shake

We walked in, and we saw water dripping from the ceiling. They should fix their leaks. We got up to order, the service was fast enough, and the milkshake was delicious. My sister reports that her food was cold, although my "Original Chicken Sandwhich" was burning hot, probably because there was grease dripping out the back. I had to squeeze the grease out of the Chicken before it was even edible. But it was still disgusting. I only ate it because I was really hungry. Then, I went to get a refill of water, AND THEY WERE OUT OF WATER. What kind of place runs out of water? Anyway, I was glad when my horrible Burger King experience finally ended. Expect to see me at Chick Fil A next time.

I just came here through the drive-thru I had a coupon for a Whopper meal for $5 the guy took my coupon and then lost it and charge me the full price of the meal.. when I questioned him about the coupon he said Id have to come in and speak to the manager that was the only way that he could take the coupon.. so essentially he disregarded my coupon because he didnt know how to enter it in the register.. not only that I didnt get any napkins or straw with my order.. the manager needs to train his staff appropriately..

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS BK AT ALL! very bad experience, the worst BK i have been to thus far. poor customer service, long wait time and on top of that MY CC INFO was Stolen from this location!!! cant trust any employee that works at this location. the absolute worst. wont be going to BK anymore.

Disappointed and very angry...went to get a meal tonight and was met at the dor to be told that they were closed. Not a big deal if they werent supposed to close for another hour and 10 minutes. I said to the employee that your sign says that you close at 8pm its not even 7pm. He says I know but its only me and manager working right now. Not my problem. This isnt the first time this has happened.

Very good service, fast, polite, and positive. One of the gentleman in the front on Saturday evenings is very nice! Best Burger King in chantilly! The food was prepared well and tasted great. I ordered a fish fillet and it tasted great! Thanks very much.

Past few times I been to the Burger King at the Chantilly Shopping, this month, service has not been good, bread on hamburgers,were not fresh, little on the hard side..... and the chicken bites were hard to bite into also
