Bought a cake for a family memebers birthday. I made the mistake of not checking the price on the cake while they rang the order up. I just grabbed her favorite kind and left - got home & found I was charged 25$ for a cake with a sticker price of $17.99. Tried calling the number over and over and over - no answer. No voicemail. Im going to have to drive all the way back out to deal with the issue because of lack of management. Noted as well - while I was in there, it was completely dead. 2 people were inside eating, employees were literally standing leaning on counters with their heads on their hands sitting and watching us get our cake rang up, but yet they cant answer a phone!? Now our plans are disrupted because of how complicated it being made to address their mistake. Ridiculous.

Staff were very rude and sarcastic. Tossed our food at us instead of handing the bag. No one wanted to be there and they made this quite clear by their customer service.
