Theres nothing great or terrible about this place. The service is ok. Ive never understood why I can buy 6 piece boxes of the chocolate glazed and filled doughnuts at local grocery stores far cheaper than direct from here. Perhaps thats why theyre no longer available at the Farm Fresh across the parking lot or at the Frederick Blvd. Walmart. Kroger still has them and thats my preferred spot for getting a Krispy Kreme fix.

Heck, I love Krispy Kreme thank God that we have one close in my area! But really people dont go through the drive-in if you experienced bad customer service, try going in for once. Overall I love the wide assortment of doughnuts that they have, plus the glazed are to die for! Dont even get me started on the HOT LIGHT! It will make you wreck your car! Just happy to see that Portsmouth can have nice things too.

Every time Ive went, there was good customer service. Never was anyone rude to me. The donuts were pretty good and fresh tasting, however my only dissatisfaction was that there werent many selections and the variety they had was rather boring. Not the staffs fault though. The coffee was hot and really good. Not a bad place at all from what I gather.

The light is on but the donuts are not fresh but rather old. I called back and was told the donuts are brought in the morning and they just heat them up when the light is on. Im going to stay a Va. Beach Blvd or Mercury Blvd customers. Victory Blvd yall are a real disappointment.

Pros - ALWAYS hot... they make your doughnuts on the spot so they are always good and hot off the line when ever you go there! Cons - understaffed or slow, its hard to say. Dont go there if youre in a rush or expecting to pick up a quick anything before work or a meeting.

Good donuts - poor service - When I was ordering the lady snapped at me. I was in the middle of saying what donuts I wanted and then she got angry and interrupted with THATS ALL YOU WANT? And I wasnt even finished...Very rude.

Waited an hour and a half in the drive thru, but it was 80 cent for a dozen glaze when you buy any dozen. Once we got to the window we ordered one dozen glaze and one dozen assorted. Received order quickly and correct.

The staff is very friendly but very disappointed because they advertise all the new Donuts but never have them available at all or only have them for one day when its a monthly donut

I love the aroma you get when you first walk in, staff is nice and the place is clean also if you bring kids they can watch how the donuts are glazed and made.
