I ordered from this location on 9/4/14. I ordered a grilled chicken naked burritto with lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, fajita veggies, queso, and white rice. I did have to pay extra for queso and veggies. The chicken came out good and so was the rice. Queso was missing and veggies...well for what i paid for i hardly got anything (sad cause i paid extra for it) What really disappointed me was the lettuce. It was brown and wilted. I thought i would be getting fresh food with fresh ingredients. Boy i was wrong. I even took pictures of it. I called the store but no one would help and told me to contact someone online from the web site. I did and heard nothing. I went again today with coworkers and once again i ordered the same thing minus the veggies and again no queso and brown wilted lettuce. My co workers see this and we have decided not to return until i get answers about what is going to happen.

This QDoba has the best service! The staff including the manager is very pleasant and courteous...service with a smile. I like the idea that every so often one of the staff members come through and ask is everything ok. The only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is because I havent been satisfied yet by any one of the meals that Ive had. But thats personal taste. Everyone else in my group has enjoyed their food. One suggestion to the owner, please put a tip can out for your staff...they deserve it!

Asked for a 1/2 chicken 1/2 beef quesadilla. Instead of putting one on the right and one on the left, the guy mixed them together. Then the girl next to him put shredded cheese on when I asked for queso and then spilled a fourth of it when she moved it to the grill. To their benefit, the two coupons they sent out did work on the same order, and brought out 2 person order to just over $10, not bad

I work here,and i would like to say something about us being rude,we are people that work 13 hrs a day,and we get some really rude people as well,so if you come to us acting ignorant,dont spect us to smile at you,specially when youre holding our line,its a fast food restaurant,so we move fast,and we get really busy,sorry for the bad treatment.

Roaches on the counter and flies everywhere. Food was exposed and was not kept well, very unclean, food borne illness in the making. Go to Chesapeake The server saw the Roach on the counter but kept putting my bag on top of it so I would not see it crawling. I returned every thing to the manager and was refunded.

the staff on Saturday December 5, 2014 around lunch provided the most outstanding service Ive received at similar places. they were corporately intelligent and incredibly genuine in providing the requested food. because of them I would choose this qdoba for a burrito over other places.

This newly remodeled location met my expectations and then some. I ordered a burrito bowl with extra protein and they made it perfectly. The staff was friendly and I will be back to this location even though its out of my way.

Newly renovated, new managment team A+. Portion size smaller and the food isnt flavorful as the Greenbriér Location. Norfolk is closer but Id rather make the trip to Chesapeake - just my preference!

Good is pretty good just wish they had a few more toppings available (mushrooms, olives, feta cheese). But well worth the price for the burrito bowls.
