Just wanted to say thankyou for that awesome food omg I came down here for the holidays and my brother always said if you ever come to va go to feather and fin so Lastnight I did and its not like any other chicken joint either there was actually good customer service the front counter person greeted me and when I needed Alittle asstience she told called her manger which I appreciated her stoping what she was doing to help considering it was very busy in there I believe her name was breyona anyways she even handle the crowd good while keeping all focus on me when I received my food it was hot it looked so good I had to taste it before I drove off so props for great food good cashiers and an excellent manger will be coming back for more of a 4 Piece with potato salad and them good old bake Beens yall rolls almost taste as good as ah Hawaiian roll

This was my first time going to this one. And overall it was great :) On this visit I got the 4pc. special w/ Hi-C drink which was delicious! So delicious, that I didnt need hot sauce or vinegar which I always use lol. Also my food was hot, fresh, & correct. I went on a Saturday night & it was pretty busy but I didnt have to wait forever. The workers there where good & the lobby area was pretty clean. The location of the store is near Norfolk State University & was easy to find for me. The restaurant is more of a fast-casual type one, with an around the way I know of a spot back home like this type of feel. If I am making sense lol. Basically if you are looking for some good old fried chicken & fries, then this is your place. Forget Hardees & all of them, this is where its at :) I hope this helps, enjoy!

The reason why I hate this restaurant is the fact that they allow a man to seat in there selling bootleg movies and the fact that they allow men to hang inside out outside this store all the time. Most women dont like to go there because they feel like they are being undressed by the men that hang in this store. I feel that the manager should have a police officer up there or have some responsible staff that can control the people that are there and not eating. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO GO!!!!!! this restaurant is going to loose money if they dont get rid of the trash that hangs out in the store and around he store. NORFOLK POLICE PLEASE HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM!!!!!

I stopped by for dinner solely based on reviews I read online. I was not disappointed with their chicken and waffles -- in fact, it was some of the best fried chicken Ive ever had -- but was let down by the sides. The corn bread was over-cooked and dry, and the macaroni and cheese was too soggy; both seemed to have been prepared *way* in advance and simply left under a heat lamp until passed along to the customer. Its also a good thing that I chose to enjoy my meal there, because I had to go back and ask for utensils (which should have been included with my bag of items). For the price, I think I prefer Chick-fil-A.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy, but I still ordered and got my food, (all fresh made), very fast. The two women running the front kept the dining room clean and got me refills on drinks and extra sauce quickly. They were polite and efficient and kept the line moving. The kitchen staff was also great, considering how fast I got my food and how delicious it was. I love this place! The food is great but I really appreciate the workers who make the experience better.

A cashier sent me to another register to have my order taken. That cashier proceeded to take a phone order before waiting on me. During which time, the first cashier continued to take otger customers who can in AFTER ME. I dont know what there issue was but they were very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be going back.

Fries are Disgusting they make you wait over an hour to get your food they rush everything &they are sloppy .Also I called my order in at 1230 didnt get my food until 2:00...how ?So unprofessional they even rushed my fries ,had me eating half cooked though fries ...Thumbs DOWN!They dont even deserve a star

Loved their chicken and sides...with the exception of their collards...they taste like canned greens...even with obvious seasoning in them...store has been updated and customer service is the best...chicken parts are small but they have the best chicken in Hampton Roads...

Horrible wait and ordered my food in advance. Staff ignored me most of the time, didnt apologize for the almost 2hr wait for an online placed order then my fries were undercooked. I would rather go to the Tidewater Dr location with next to no parking.

I used to laugh at the name of this restaurant. A friend of mine said the name suggest you might find a chicken feather or a tail fin from a fish when you get your food. Neither is the case and the food is delicious.

Sub par experience, food was good, freshly prepared so it takes about 15-20 to get your food after an order. Lobby of the restaurant can be a little hectic, no alot of leadership. Employees manage themselves.

Called in a order at 8:12pm, they said 15min. Got there at 8:37pm, didnt get out the store to 8:57pm. No point in calling it in just go in...
