Me and my family were traveling through the virginia beach, hampton, etc area and really needed a place to stop off for lunch due to us having 3 hungry kids in the car. We stopped at a Cracker Barrel, which I hope this is the right Uno Chicago Grill, that was right across the street from this restaurant first. It was packed and every person there, including the staff was rude and unhelpful. I happened to walk outside out of frustration and saw this Uno Chicago Grill and figured wed give it a try. Let me just say that this was the best experience I have had in a restaurant in probably 10 years. The waitress and all the other staff including the manager went above and beyond. My 6 year old neice nearly yelled in delight when she found out she could make her own pizza. They had everything ready in just a little wait and even though my nephew sucks down soda like he lives off of it, they had his drink refilled before he even got halfway through his drink. I cannot say enough about how wonderful that this restaurant is and it probably cost us the same if not less of what the unhelpful restaurant across the street would have. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who has given up on customer service. It will truly make you a believer that there really are good restaurants left!

Worst service Ive ever had. Took 40mins for our order to be taken and then another 40mins for food to arrive. Our nachos were brought out by the manager who didnt know which table they belonged to. Nachos were so soggy that you couldnt have any toppings on them without them falling off... obviously sitting on the ready deck under the heat lamp for some time... when nachos were delivered the bartender was too lazy or tired to remove the empty salad plate from the table. There want near enough room on the table for mutplie plates as we were at a 2 person booth. drinks were filled timely, definitely not the Unos from 4 years ago that we were excited to return to.... This was a Friday night with moderate business, only a 25min wait. I do not recommend eating here!! Especially in the bar area.

Remember this place being much better in food and service. The staff was very polite but behind on service. Had to ask three times for water as they dont come by to check on you till you track them down. We were a large party and half the party did not get their food till the first half was done and even than the food (fish) was returned because of poor quality, the manager did come by on her own and took those off our tab. Restrooms need to be fixed and updated. The wooden planks came of from under one of the booths we were in. Although we called ahead by 50 min they did not have a table for us so we had to split over 4 booths.

My wife and I went here after a matinee movie at the nearby regal theater. We were in the mood for pizza and since we had never been we decided to try it out. We were immediately seated and our waitress arrived promptly. She was friendly and relatively quick with drinks and taking our order. The food took a while but was still delicious. The food is a bit pricey. Would go back for dessert which was the giant warm cookie with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Yum!

Was here today for my birthday meal. First time and I love pizza. The shrimp dip was good and so was service. But my second piece of pizza had a piece of bone in it. The manager told me there is fennel in the sausage but Im a hobby cook and a hard white piece of bone and fennel are not the same especially when I can show you the piece of bone.I wont return sorry even if we only paid half for the pizza this is not a way to treat a customer.

Ive come here 2 times, and each time Ive had phenomenal service and pizza quality. Their craft beers are flavorful and served at optimal temperature. The wait staff are knowledgeable and friendly. And you dont have to wait very long to get your orders. Price to Quality ratio is good. The bar section is great and offers the current sports on their numerous screens. No complaints. Low wait times, fast service, cold beer.

The pizza they brought to our table was delicious, but not what we ordered. We politely brought this to our waiters attention, who realized it was the wrong one, and said he would make it right; the manager stopped by shortly after and said the same thing. They more than made up for it, so I believe we have found our new favorite pizza spot in Hampton Roads.

Delicious!! Great atmosphere, service and food. Got the new 2 for $12 and got to try more then one of the amazing dishes that they are serving. So other then the food the service by Adrien was phenomenal, will be asking for him by name everytime I come back. If you are looking for a good night and some good food, look no further!

Rating is driven by the "customer service". Food was good, but they really have to address the customer service or not. A simple acknowledgement and "Someone will be right with you" will suffice. Would have gladly left a tip if the service at the pick-up window was halfway decent.

This was the WORST service Ive ever had, first of all, my boyfriend and I were looked down to when we first came there. We were seated and 5 people that worked there passed us, didnt offer us an appetizer or a drink. After being there for 15 Min with no service we left.

All the food was really good, but the cleanliness was bad, when we arrived we were seated next to a table that was not bussed and was a huge mess, it was still not cleared when we left. May just order takeout from now on

I took my 80 y/o mother to lunch; for some reason she just wasnt happy with the taste of her meal this time. Not only was her bill eliminated, mine was as well, and you cant ask for better service than that!

They have a super great cookie they cook in a small skillet and serve warm with ice cream. The sangria is pretty good too.
