Worst service ever! We just asked if we could have two flavors in the kiddie size. The lady was just so rude. She went away without a word and did not serve us. Her colleague had to take over. It did not get any better though. We left with a bitter aftertaste despite the excellent ice cream.

I know a lot of people who work at this haggen dazs, and the pictures they sent me were tremendous. The have not gotten rid of their rat problem which is disrespectful because one photo was a rat in their ice cream. They need to shut this down or get a inspection asap.

My first time at haagen daz was terrible, but this pretty young, pale, asian girl made my day. Out of everyone she is the highest quality employee. For that, i give them a 5 star because of the girl. ps. i think her name is christina

The ice cream is absolutely delicious... However, it shouldnt take 15 minutes to get an ice cream cone, the staff needs to speed it up a bit.
