I went into here around 8pm with my mom to get ice cream for my sister, her, and I. I was planning to get regular chocolate for me, world class chocolate for my sister, and chocolate chip for my mom. Well, they were entirely out of almost all the favors. They only had a few left, the kinds that no one really ever gets. Well, they had a quart of world class chocolate in the freezer so we got that for my sister and asked for a discount due to the inconvenience. Well, an African American woman who had a lip ring laughed at my mother and I and repeated that we werent going to receive a discount. As my mother proceeded to purchase my sisters ice cream, the manager refused to give us a discount. So my mother asked for the owner since the man at the register was the store manager. He refused to give us any information in allowing us to contact higher management to sort out this issue. For one, I work at Food Lion and we would not have handled this issue in such a horrible manner. Its rude and unnecessary to laugh and mock customers while working.

It was my moms birthday and as soon as we went inside the atmosphere dropped. It was around 9pm and the workers looked lethargic and annoyed. They also seemed impatient when we were trying to pick out our flavors. When my mom told the cashier it was her birthday she didnt believe her at first and had her pull out her drivers license. Another woman came up and rudely took control and shot my mom down when she wasnt aware of the coupon needed to get the free birthday ice cream. Overall we didnt have a good experience, and the ice cream tasted very freezer burned, my mom threw it out. Needless to say she didnt have a very good birthday. I suggest buying some Ben and Jerrys or going to sweet frog, where they actually respect their costumers. And to think I wanted a job here.

First, they truly do have the best donuts. Every time the kids have a sleepover we get donuts & at first we tried the new place in town but they never had what we wanted & just werent as good. Nothing beats Dunkin Donuts!! Plus we always get our birthday ice-cream cakes from here & theyve always done an amazing job! From going full on creative mode for an amazing Minecraft bd cake to last minute ice-cream-cake cravings, theirs are ALWAYS the best. The only thing they lack? A drive-thru!! Haha! Plus the ppl are always polite, fast & gracious. Ive never had anything but smiles & helpfulness. Great owners, great employees, great service, great sweets!!
