This location is so poorly run it is unbelievable. I come here because this is the closest location to my home so when Im having a craving I drop by. Unfortunately for me 9/10 times they are out of my favorite ice cream, sometimes the ice cream has ice in it and tastes a little watery. I usually have to drive across town to Lake Ridge. Today I stopped by the Triangle location for ice cream and I decided to go thru the drive thru, I have no idea what the car in front of me ordered but they were at the window over 10 minutes waiting for their goods, I was at the speaker and no one ever came to explain they would be with me in a moment to take my order or anything. Finally I got out of line. I was so desperate that I decided to go back a couple hours later and no surprise at all to me they didnt have the ice cream I like, per usual I have to trek to Lake Ridge. I finally give up on coming here.

Horrible service. Store to hot to be in there. Employees dont know customer service or paying requirements. If an ID is required to buy ice cream, well it should be posted so the customers could bring their ID in. Will not got back again and will tell my friends about my experience. It will also be posted on the base.

Ice cream was freezer burnt and tasted awful. Seems like they used whatever was in there from the winter or before.
