I am a pretty regular customer to the Wingstop on Goshen Rd. I eat there at least twice a week- I love their wings. Unfortunately, they lost me as a customer tonight when they couldnt figure out how to take my payment, when it was as simple as calling the other store...they made me stand there for 15 minutes while my food got cold (they offered to "reheat" it- wow!) and it literally took less than a minute once they called the other store. The girl there was actually trying to keep my gift card and make me come back to get it...then they sent me out the door with cold food, without even offering me a discount...theyve screwed up my orders before, and I thought I had developed a moderately fool proof system to avoid complicatipns with the atrocious customer service there- because I love their wings and fries...I just cant "swallow" that anymore.

Really enjoy their wings and fries. Garlic wings are great. So are lemon pepper. Hot ones are savory. Atomic ones... dont have too many! Their fries are outstanding. Great seasoning. My major complaint with them is there service time. Even if you call ahead or order online, they dont seem to start making your order until you show up. And on football / basketball game days, they can be 8-10 orders deep. So expect it to take 45 minutes AFTER you show up. Surprised at how long it take them to get this right, its not like it is any different year after year.

Ordered online and upon pickup was greeted promptly by Alice. She went over my order item by item confirming everything I had ordered. Alice called me by name and treated me like a member of her family. This was my first time being the one to pick the food up and this will not be my last. Food was hot and delicious but my main reason for writing this review is because of the service I received from Alice...I have owned two restaurants myself and she is the kind of employee I would have died to have on my team. Thank You Alice!

I was a regular customer and the quality has gone way downhill. The wings are very small. In my last order I received 2-3 of what looked like wing "tips" no meat, covered in sauce, disgusting. I will not be back.

I ordered my wings at 11am on superbowl Sunday. When i got there they where done. I love this place they where friendly and very professional given how busy they where. Keep up the good work I will be back.

If your ordering on the weekend be prepared to call a few times or place your order online; expect a longer wait time than usual. Overall my favorite place good wings and great staff.

Best wings I had in a long time! I love the french fries too. The restaurant looks clean and the staff is nice. One thing: wings are too small. Best baked beans and potatoe salad.

Wings are good, dont get the atomic flavor though, its actually really spicy but with no flavor. Hot is the best option.
