One of coolest places Ive been to in sometime. I travel everywhere - and I was fortunate enough to have been introduced to Belle Grove Plantation thru work. The place is filled with some of the most beautiful antiques, wonderful view, excellent accomidations and the place is loaded with history. I stayed overnight. the room was just perfect and the hospitality Michelle and crew give will remind you of visiting your closest favorite relatives, extremely welcoming and warm. The property with its southern styled tree lined entrance and the perfectly manicured landscape with the beautiful slow river behind the mansion is just like something youd see in an old time movie. I could write a 5 page doc on how you should visit or stay at the plantation. Trust me when I say its the best. Because it is.

Belle Grove Plantation at Port Conway is a wonderful destination to visit. I treated my mother to the Titantic Tea and we were delighted by graciousness of our hostess Michelle. The food was not only gorgeous but delicious, so well done! The presentation by the Titanic Ladies, was informative and their costumes lovely. I had the pleasure to return for the Civil War Weekend, such great fun. Made many new friends. Michelles knowledge of the history of Belle Grove is impressive as well of the local area. Highly recommend Belle Grove Plantation for a destination activity or weekend. Will definitely return.

I took a group of my friends to Belle Groves Mothers Day Tea! We had a blast. The food was great, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the Plantation was gorgeous! After tea, we walked out to the river and took lots of pictures and had lots of laughs. Michelle then treated us to a tour of the plantation. She was very well versed in the historical details of Belle Grove and as we traveled from room to room, her love of her home was transferred to us. I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at Belle Grove and look forward to the occasion that I can stay longer!

Attended a gorgeous wedding at Belle Grove. The wedding was held on the lawn overlooking the Potomac River with the reception under a lighted ten with a dance floor. The bride arrived in a horse drawn carriage. The house is restored and full of period pieces that bring history to life! Would recommend this location for a lovely weekend get a way or an event!

My daughter graced me with a tea at Belle Grove Plantation. The experience was so extraordinary. I would recommend it to everyone. Afterward we had a tour of the plantation. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the history of the Plantation and very personable. I would visit Belle Grove again.

Spending the night at Belle Grove was a wonderful ecperience! Michelle, the innkeeper, was very attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and informative on the history of the plantation. The breakfast was very delicious
