They are onto something good with the entertainment venue and the gaming events, etc. This town doesnt have enough of that kind of thing going on. Service staff is generally nice, but service is very slow. It tends to come off as a bit TOO relaxed, which would be totally fine if they werent trying to charge you $6.50 for a pbj on wheat toast. The prices are kinda outrageous for what you get at the cafe. This place is a 4-5 star operation if the entire menu was marked at 75% of the current pricing, the food came out a bit quicker, and service was a tad more professional. The food is certainly not bad quality by any means, but current menu prices add up to highway robbery for what you get. I really want to like and support this place, but I just cant recommend it as a dining option downtown... at least not until the prices are lowered to reflect what you get. Unfortunately, I dont see this place staying open for very long because prices will scare folks away.

I am a very happy customer and newer employee of the sound room. The previous negative comment was from a disgruntled employee who was recently let go. Who beforehand was very happy to work for us until let go due to negative attitude. We cater to every customer and I strongly encourage everyone to come out and judge for themselves. We are a new business and still building our customer base. We are always looking for ways to improve as well. The food is great and we offer something new to the area with our entertainment with out having to go to a bar. Also very encouraging of family friendly events. I hope that you will find this review helpful and I hope you will come find out for yourself that we are a useful and likable business in the community.

Very happy with my visit to the sound room. Cheery service, very talkative and informative. Knowledgeable about their products. Enjoyed my conversation. Food was excellent, had the Ruben sandwich, was very good, used quality meats (which being a huge Ruben fan is a big deal for me, most places just use bottom shelf cold cuts, they used lean quality corned beef) and fresh ingredients. Also had their tomato basil soup, was home made and tasted home made. Had just a bit of heat and tons of flavor. Chased it all down with an iced hazelnut coffee, they even gave me a refill for the road. I will definitely be frequenting this place. I hope to see you there.

This is a dumpy little hothel in downtown Hanover with mediocre food and terrible entertainment options. The prices are way too high for what you get and the staff is rude. Half the time it seems as if no one even works there and when there is someone there they are not attentive to customers and spend way too much time on there phones. From what Ive heard, they dont treat their employees very well and sometimes they dont even pay them. If youre looking for a great place to eat in downtown Hanover, just walk 50 more feet to the Lucky Spot.

I keep inviting all my friends, teachers and others and telling them how awesome it is; they all seem to agree. Dont take my word for it though, check them out, I promise you will have a blast and love the food. Dont let the naysayers tell you otherwise, their (mainly one person with multiple profiles) are personally motivated and without merit. Once again, dont take my word for it, check it out for yourself.

My experience was awesome !!! Not only is the food and drinks very good but the service is amazing. And not to mention that I was welcomed with open arms to perform at this place of business and enjoyed every part of the scenery, the service and the atmosphere. I would recommend this facility to any and everyone that wants a great meal, great shakes, live entertainment and good vibes.

My Mother & myself & my boyfriends daughter, whos only 8 years old, went there for lunch today & it was absolutely wonderful! I got the tres cheese sandwich & the tomato basil soup & it was incredible. The little one got the grilled PB & J sand which & ate the whole thing & she can be a very picky eater! The service was great, as well. I recommend eating here!

Just visited for the first time here, just last night. Great place to eat, hang out with friends and just have an overall good time! Customer service was great! This place is really cool with a nice vibe to the place. I would consider it a relaxing environment and if you have some of your friends you could do karaoke!

Very bad service. Servers just play on their phones. They dont take care of their customers needs. On a Saturday night you can expect maybe 2 or 3 people in there. Very disappointing. Overpriced menu and just an overall bad experience. Not recommended.

Really cool spot to hangout and do a bit of gaming, grab some food and chill. Free WIFI, plus they are starting up gaming tournaments soon with it which is awesome.
