Epic fail!!!! One of my favorite drinks is the hot Apple chai that every Starbucks in America seems to get right except the one stuck in the twilight zone at Petersburg next to ft lee. My drink came out Luke warm. There was hardly any chai in it. Just Luke warm bladder juice. So I decided to call Starbucks back and let them know politely that the Apple chai wasnt good. I asked for the manager and expressed my disappointment and she began to tell me. Well... The reason its Luke warm is because we dont want to burn the Apple cider.. "WRONG ANSWER!" As a customer dont give me a friggin excuse about why I have to suck down baby dribble!! Your job is to make it right!! With a.... " sorry for that sir, when will you be back in the area so we can make it to your specifications. Ask for me or so and so and we will make it right." Not well Ummmm we dont add milk to Apple chai.... Ohh really because earlier in the week manager I had some of the best "hot" Apple chai with steamed milk at your store. Apparently one of your employees went rouge and started doing things the right way. Un-friggin-believable!

Well its Starbucks, the coffee is almost always good. The problem with this store is the drive through attendent cant count or is stealing money when you hand it to them in. I am an exact change type person I count my chain before I hand it off. The first 2 times they said I was short I just assumed I wasnt paying attention when I counted; however, the next 2 times the attendent said I was short, I knew they were wrong. I countedthe money 3 times to make certain. The last time I went there I corrected attendent and said no youre wrong I counted that money 3 times before handing it to you because your drive thru is stealing money and I want to make sure. They didnt care.

Took my 15-year- old daughter there today. She has wide-ranging, severe allergies, has a hard time feeling normal in settings with food because she cant really eat any of it, and THE ONE fast food item she can eat is a coconut milk Vanilla Bean Frap. When we asked if it would be possible for them to wipe down the equipment before making hers due to allergies, they went above and beyond to make sure her drink was safe (found a clean, unused blender cup and sanitized the machine first)and were so gracious about it when we thanked them. Excellent customer service!

Every time I come through here , I have issues. They never have the panini I ask for or they dont know what is in the paninis. They are so rude, Greg told me to go to mcdonalds because they serve breakfast all day. If I wanted Mcdonals I would of went there! Got the sushi box one day and it was expired. I definetly called corporate and reported all of this. Something is really wrong with this place and the way its ran. Ladies are always nice though! I will never swing by here again, will take my money elsewhere!

I am a frequent Starbucks purchaser. I visit this location at least once a week to relax with my mom and daughter before I go to work. But lately, theres been several occasions where my boyfriend and I have found gnats in our drinks. Today, I went with my mom and a fly, which was already dead, came up through my straw and I bit into it!!! I told the barista and she simply didnt care or understand why we were letting her know!! Thanks for ruining my day, Starbucks!

An odd location, retrofitted from a bank i believe. The staff was friendly, and the space was fairly clean, but the parking is not very efficient, nor is the interior space. They could definitely make do with a better seating arrangement to better use the space. There are not many outlets either, and the first one i tried by a corner table was not powered. Not the best Starbucks experience, but not terrible either. Definitely a unique location!

This is the worse Starbucks anyone could ever go to. From the mangers to the employees acting like you owe the something. Do know who told them but I work very hard for my money. To turn around and spend it in such a place like this. If, I was the owner everyone from the top to the bottom would be finding another place of employmen by morning.I will not ever go back there and will tell everyone one Fort Lee about them

Coffee here is not up to par for Starbucks. They need to clean the espresso machine I think. But its still better than Dunkin or wawa thats for sure. But I will say this. The wifi here is the fastest I have seen in a Starbuckss. That along with open area and plenty of room to sit this is a cozy place to come grab a coffee and do some work.

The drinks are always good but the employees are always leaving during their hours. Online it would say they are supposed to be open yet no one is there working and that NEEDS to be resolved before I give five likes. Also, you need to learn how to answer the phone when someone calls or dont put the phone number online period

The workers here are the loudest I have EVER heard. Quite seriously, I visited many times over a 3-week visit to the area and the employees, every single visit, were simply too loud. They were literally yelling across the serving area. Also, some of the power outlets dont work.

Good friendly service, but for the past 3 weeks I havent been able to get the $8 Power Lunch option. They have always had at least 1 item (water, fruit, etc) not in stock. Today, they said theyre not doing that option any more, but the sign is still up....

This location is okay... I guess. They have been out of what I want two visits in a row now (I have to think of my third choice because they are out of the 1st and 2nd choices). They could also be a little more polite. It does make a difference :)

Gimme a break! This isnt a coffee shop, its a hangout club where people are making free drinks for their friends, kids, and folks that they know. The WIFI sucks cause the connections is extremely slow. Ill never come to this dump again.

I have been to this Starbucks many times and I always have a great experience. The inside is clean and the staff is always very nice and energetic. The drive through is fast and they get your orders right. I have no complaints.

Pretty quiet, comfortable atmosphere, and spacious. Parking is pretty tight and with a busy drive through, half the time youre stuck waiting to back out out of a parking stall because the drive thru line has got you blocked in.

The cashier and manager was busy counting money and purposely ignoring the customer standing in front of them. The drive through girl who is white finally took my order. The manager needs to be removed ASAP and replaced.

Service is great, staff is nice, store is clean and coffee is good. Tamara, Olivia and Moiz did a fabulous job (10/10). Definitely recommend for a quick or long stop (good for charging phones or working on laptops too).

Interesting use of an old bank building. Coffee has always been good. Staff is EXTREMELY nice. I ha e even been able to request "secret menu" items from them and they are willing to make them if theyre not too busy.
