This was definitely one of my better experiences with a hookah bar. It starts with how nice the staff are. They are extremely helpful and ready to answer any questions you have. The inside of the lounge is nice and modern with comfortable couches and chairs. The iced coffee is great. And the hookah selection is amazing. So many flavors I had never heard of before and both of the ones I had were great. Add on to that that this is the cheapest hookah lounge Ive ever been to and you have a recipe for success. The only thing preventing it from being 5 stars was the service was a little slow even though it wasnt busy. Other than that, highly recommend.

I have never been to a hookah bar with such a relaxed atmosphere. The prices are very cheap and the tobacco is top notch. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. I have seen some negative reviews posted in the last week and I cant even understand how anyone could have one bad thing to say about this place. I would recommend this hookah bar any day of the week.

I have heard and read many negative comments about this place. Besides the reviews, I visited the lounge with some of my friends. I found that the flavored tobacco they use is the worst. I have experience of this business; the flavored tobacco they use is the very risky compared to other hookah lounges in the town. Friends, I suggest you to visit other lounges than Heros hookah.

Very nice place for Hookah. They have large variety of flavors ( i tried Bombay pan masala and Peach mint) Best quality of the hookah i ever tried. Quality: 5/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Service: 4/5 Price: 5/5 Best thing about this place is you can bring food. The only thing which i dont like is they neither serve Beer nor allow you to bring.

Amir (the owner) is really nice and friendly. He will do everything he can to make your visit the very best. Prices are very competitive and the cheapest around. Never had a bad experience here.
