Excellent service and awesome staff. Food was freshly cooked only taking a few minutes. Food was ok. The owner however should think about giving the place a face-lift. Bowed ceiling tiles, old rusting chairs, 1990s dated looks, dirty ancient equipment on the wall and ceiling vents, the register was broken and old missing its lcd screen and various equipment was rusted. Things were clearly beyond their prime and need updates. Outside needs paint and a fresh look to. Reds so faded its a light orange color. The deep blue is faded to lighter than the sky. Take a note from your competitors and sink the money into fixing this place up a bit. Maybe add a flat screen with some news playing. It looks like you stopped at just getting lcd menus and the freestyle machines. You can do so much more.

I always like their food. But my visit today had me unsatisfied. Their fries were way over cooked. The new crispy chicken sandwich were also overcooked. The sandwich was like peanut crunchy. idk if that is the way the sandwich is made but I didnt like the fact I wasted $8.90 on something unpleasant. Dennis you gotta check on your employees because it seems to me they arent doing what their supposed to be doing while youre off.

The BEST BK Ive been to in a while. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. All while the manager, Denis, waited on us personally, as well as others. I noticed as we were leaving an employee had forgotten bacon and let the manager know. He walked over and apologized to the customer and explained what happened before they even made it to their seat & realized the mistake. Excellent customer service!!!

I come here a few times a month to grab breakfast before work. I APPRECIATE the staffs attentiveness, friendliness, and quickness. I even paid with card & change for something under $3 & the manager had no problem with it, nor did she look at me funny about the situation. (FRANCHISEE SHOULD REALLY FIX THE BK SIGN!)

I used to love this location they were always nice, but now they are so slow and people that I see work here are young and dont know what they are doing! They shack machine is always broken and it never As like that 6 months ago. I guess they fired all the good staff

I should up 40 minutes before close (1120), and they completely ignored me. I thought maybe they closed early and drove around. Instead, they continued to pretend I wasnt there. Second case of bad service at a Burger King in two weeks.

Took over 15 minutes to get food! And the burgers were slightly burnt! Live in neighborhood nearby for 10 years and they have gotten slower over the years! Refuse to go to this location anymore! DONE!
