First of all congratulate the members of burguer 21 who are behind a metal door preparing a delicious hamburger, regardless of whether you are a vegetarian or a child or a grandfather prepare a rich hamburger as you ask. Is a very welcoming place the owners are very interested in improving the products and every time they have a wide range of fresh products to take to their customers. Have a fantastic staff that takes your tastes and desires to a rich and juicy hamburger or any product present in the Menu. The salads are fantastic, very well presented and with the requirements that the client demands without leaving behind the fantastic sauces that seem magical. The delicious tenders that are crunchy on the outside and very juicy on the inside accompanied by sweet potatoes is fantastic, the shakes are very creamy and I assure you that you will want to try more and more. I recommend having a little patience when the restaurant is a bit crowded, as sometimes we are critical of saying that our food will be delayed. But I guarantee that the operations so that you enjoy a delicious hamburger as we do not deserve it is being elaborated by the best hands and the best people so that your family and your body are happy and satisfied with one of the best hamburgers that for me are The best Ive ever had in my life and in my travels in the United States. I am very grateful for its owners and other people who made possible my stay in the restaurant for a huge attention with me and my family, fulfilling an excellent menu. A hug and bon appétit

Update: I had a 5star review for them before and loved to go there often, but todays visit needs a star to be taken off for their service or, the lack thereof. We ordered our food to-go for the family and there were 4 little kids in the group who arent allowed to drink soda. We asked for 4 water cups and they gave us 4 disposable cups without lids (thats what they use.... understandable). But we mentioned politely that it will be a problem carrying the 4 cups of water without any tray or lid because we were going to eat outdoors at the "movies under the stars". The girl we asked another girl and both of them couldnt help us. Even though they have soda cups and kids cups with kids meals. Again, we didnt cause a scene and politely talked to the manager lady....she ended us giving the cups but with the most unfriendly attitude and mention of the fact that....it is part of her inventory thats going. Any other restaurant wouldnt have thought twice to give away soda cups....they cost nothing and it is a matter of service. Disappointed! A lot of places make good burgers, but this place stood out to me because of their amazingly flavorful Thai Shrimp Burger. It has a burst of flavors and captures the true essence of how a Thai burger would be! Their fries and sweet potato fries are fresh and amazing. And, last but not the least, the assortment of sauces starting from toasted marshmallow, Chipotle mayo to Cajun Ragin just makes one feel like in a candy store :D

Im picky about my burgers; I have a very high standard of what I like to eat. Imagine my surprise when this quaint little burger shop gave me the best burger I have ever had in my entire life! Delicious and juicy, these burgers have changed my entire outlook on the burger world. The fries paired with one of the many different sauces and a milkshake (chocolate is my favorite) round out a meal that will leave your mouth wanting more (even if your stomach is full!). The service is always excellent, with kind staff members who are attentive to your needs. The best part about Burger 21 is the consistency; every time I dine here, I am treated to consistently good service and dynamite food. I wholeheartedly recommend Burger 21!!!

This place was the 1st of a bi-weekly lunch ride for co-workers & myself. The Gruyere Burger was great as were the Cheese and Ale fries. The strawberry shake was excellent, but small for the price. My co-workers had the Tex-Mex Haystack, the BBQ Bacon and an Espresso Shake and liked them all. My primary complaint about the place was that it had Zero atmosphere, it was boring. My co-workers main complaint was the shakedown at the cash register for a tip (turning the screen and having you choose a tip size or no tip). Tips should come at the end of the meal and be based on the food quality & service. Otherwise, this place is worth the visit for the food alone. skål

This has been a really great burger twice now. The cook on the burger (I and my husband like ours medium/medium rare) was fantastic. The menu is simple, not over done, but still creative. The Tex Mex burger was a bit too saucy/salty for my taste. I might go simpler next time. The -2 stars comes from the fries. A good burger really needs good fries. For $6/basket of regular fries, I would expect something a bit more signature and higher quality. These were run-of-the-mill from-the-freezer shoestring fries that turn to cardboard almost instantly. Up your fry ante, Burger 21. Otherwise, a pretty good experience twice in a row.

Well today was a bad experience. As i walked in i saw one of the managers yelling at the employe. He yelled at him in front of everyone saying "go home". The manager should not be yelling at there employes in front of everyone. It does not create the environment you want to be in and have a nice family dinner. I have seen that employee there multiple times and from what i have noticed everytime ive been there that employe works hard and has provided me excellent customer service. I dont know weather its the management or what it is but, B21 is going down hill from when it has opened. Whatever it is they need to fix it quick.

Pretty good eats! I would recommend the chili cheese dog and cheese and ale fries! The burgers are solid just nothing to write home about. Definitely spend more than I really want to at a burger joint but I dont leave hungry, so thats a plus. The Bananas Foster shake is definitely my one indulgence and Im not a huge sweets person. Again, much pricier than I assume a shake should be but on par with other restaurants (conspiracy?). You will not be too disappointed as long as you know what youre getting into!

Burgers are wonderful...they make medium rare the right way. Fries are awesome as well. Service is hit and miss...if you order shakes and they are slow or just not paying attention, you might get your shakes well after your food. Also, the format of tipping before you actually get service rubs me the wrong way, especially since the service has been uneven ever since the place opened. The good food makes up for it most of the time...if they fixed service, this would be 4 or 5 stars.

We love this place but the last time we went they gave the wrong burger to my daughter. Normally thats not a big deal but my daughter has a severe allergy to gluten. When the burger came out I asked if it was the gluten free burger and he said yes. He them came back out with the other burger in our order which was clearly marked Gluten Free. Thankfully she was alright but they need to make the staff more aware so theyget the right food to the right people.
