Let me start off by saying I normally dont write reviews unless the service is exceptionally great or poor. We came here on a Sunday...expecting this place to be slam packed as it normally is on sunday...walked in to put my name on the list. Went straight to the front and waited for the cashier to be done helping the customer to take my name...only to be ignored and asked if the lady standing next to me name had been written down..i waited and decided that it was fine that that lady could go in front of me.. She had 4 kids..no one wanted to write my name down...it wasnt until another person came up and they asked him that I spoke up and said I have been there right in front of the counter waiting to put my name down...I can live with that...but the service was unbareable. We got seated and asked for our drink order. Got our drinks super quick..we were not ready to order in the 2mins it took to get out drinks..so we asked her to come back and we would be ready. It wasnt for another 15mins she would come back. Its not that she was waiting on anyone else ...she only had us and the table next to us. When she came back we ordered promptly. I ordered the all you can eat shrimp..my wife ordered a waffle combo and our friend ordered a French toast combo...by now our drinks our empty ...and have not been refilled ...we dont even have silverware on the table. Another 15 mins go by and Im content because my food is on the way...the table across from us, who just had dinks, got up and walked out. All six of them. This was due to their orders not being taken. Our waiter came back and says the all you can eat shrimp is no longer available. Twenty minutes after I ordered it. TWENTY ...then why did you give me the menu for that special? ...so she asks me if I would like somthing else ...and I didnt even have a menu ...Im like...ima need a menu...she got me a menu...and came back 5mins later...I ordered eggs and hash browns...but they havent even placed in my friends or my wifes order do to the fact they want them to come out at the same time. So now were behind everyone who has come in ordered after we sat down...she came up with the excuse that our food was gonna be a while back because of a party in the back ...we got our food about 20mins later...and my wife didnt get her waffle... Still no refills ...just got silverware...we ate the food ...mine was to be expected ...but my wife got cheesey eggs...which was suposted to be melted cheese on eggs ...but it was still chunky cheese ...got the check, after asking for it, sitting with dirty plates on our table for an extra 20 minutes with the server not asking if we needed anyth or if our food was food. MY ALL YOU CAN EAT SHRIMP WAS STILL ON THERE!! ...this place has no employee cohesion..no communication ...Ive seen better work ethic from a waffle house at 3am...the bus boy was not all there mentally but man was he doing his job 100% ...I saw more hussle and pride from him in what he was doing ,watching him for 5mins then any other employees in the whole place combined..I wanted him to wait my table ..promote that kid! ...Ive never been this disatisfied from an ihop in my life.

The only reason i gave this one star is bc they wouldnt let me leave a comment without leaving a star. This place is NOT STAR WORTHY! Not even half a star worthy. We walked in and walked pass the manager whom we didnt know was a manager bc she was in a dingy baggy street shirt with someone sitting in her lap on the waiting area. We stand there for two minutes then hear "yall dining in or taking out?" We turn around and it was her.. At this point we are confused bc like I said she didnt look like a manger didnt speak when we walked in and waited a whole two minutes before even speaking .. We later found out her name was Coco. We sat down for thirty minutes maybe thirty five and no one took our drink orders. Didnt even speak as they walked back and forth pass us fifty times. When we finally were acknowledged and placed an order (well they bc I didnt order at this point) everything that was ordered was not brought to the table. Keisha S didnt stay long enough for them to tell her that as she placed the food down and walked off. She came back fifteen minutes later with the check (that no one asked for) asking the child did she want to refill her already full cup. They then told her they didnt receive xy and z. She said ok did you want them to go or to dine in. I said well theyre sitting in so.. She goes "ok Ill bring them out in to go boxes just in case" and walks away speedy quick. And she did. But didnt have the decency to bring them herself. She sent the remainder of the food to us in to go boxes with a hostess whom (was very polite) I asked for porcelain plates. It smells like a motel six. Some type of bug made its way inside and thats when the two I was with realized this place was as bad as Ive been saying since we sat down at the beginning for thirty minutes drying out like spongebob cause no one took our drink orders. Some big (not so polite to her table behind us) waiter had sweat dripping perfusely off her face although she was constantly wiping it off with a rag and not washing her hands before touching things. We walked out after placing the exact $24.91 on the counter and thats when Coco asked us if everything was ok where we proceeded to voice our concern. She took us back inside said she didnt have a card and wrote her name number and "$15 off next meal" on a piece of receipt paper. Bro.. This place was not always this crappy and dirty. Im disappointed and will turn everyone i know away from this establishment. -Taniesha

I would give 0 stars!!! Our experience was horrible!!! The food was mediocre at best and the service was atrocious!! The staff didnt seem to want customers...had to wait 20 minutes to be seated in a mostly empty restaurant...was given a high chair for our baby with a broken safety belt & the waitress didnt bring another one when asked...waitress didnt write down our orders & had to come back to verify what we wanted 3 times and she STILL got it wrong...only 1 cup of lukewarm coffee was brought when ordered (no carafe), spent most of the time with an empty cup & had difficulty getting the waitress attention until near the end of the meal to ask for a refill & THAT was when she brought the carafe...we had to specifically ask for flatware, then she proceeded to hand us dirty utensils from an unbussed table and became agitated when we asked for clean sets...fruit ordered for the baby was inedible (watermelon was old, honeydew was unripe and crunchy, pineapple was hard fibrous core)...but waitress never returned to check on us except to bring the bill when we were getting ready to leave...waitress then became indignant when asked for the fruit to be removed from the bill and demanded of the manager stating to him "you tell her, cuz I already did" and stepped aside angrily with her arms crossed while I informed the manager the reason for not asking for a replacement fruit was due to the lack of service. He at least apologized and discounted our ticket, much to the waitress displeasure.
