I know people love this place considering all its reviews, but we had the worst customer service experience here with management. I was with a friend and she ordered the chicken parm. I ordered the chicken croquette. My friend is a picky eater especially when it comes to meat, and normally chicken breast is cooked okay and has no fat and no nerves either. Ive had occurrences where chicken DID have those nerves, and it skeeves me out too. She bit into a piece and I guess she ate nerves or fat and ended up spitting it back out into a napkin. When the waitress came out she calmly explained, and say she loved the spaghetti though. Our waitress was great, by the way, and said management would come over. She did, and thats where I was rubbed the wrong way. The manager kept insisting she had just eaten the chicken parm and the chicken was fine, that she picks it herself and takes off the fat, that she was fine eating it and is also a picky eater and that she was so shocked because no one has ever complained about the chicken parm. I have trouble believing no one has EVER complained about chicken parm, and honestly at that point it wasnt the food. It was the way the complaint was handled. My friend wasnt angry or complaining, she kept saying she loved the spaghetti it was just the chicken wasnt what she liked normally. The manager discounted the bill for us, yes, but I still didnt like the tone she took with my friend. It just rubbed me the wrong way, like she was trying to convince her and argue that the chicken couldnt be bad. Its a matter of opinion and personal taste. Honestly it wouldve been fine if she hadnt given us the discount, in fact we never asked for a manager. We didnt need the manager, really. It wouldve been fine if she had just said im sorry you werent satisfied with the food, im glad you liked the spaghetti at least. Maybe offered another chicken or something. Then to top it off, we felt awkward and bothered like the ambient had changed. Now the staff was looking at us differently. She spoke to quite a few members of the staff within eyesight, which I personally found rude.. If youre going to discuss the situation thats okay, just dont do it out where we can still see? It was just a weird situation all in all. Anyway, my friend and I will never go back. I guess dont say you didnt like the food.

We arrived at nearby Olive Garden at dinner time to eat. Unfortunately, there was a 45 minute wait for a table. Well, perhaps that was fortunate after all. We then proceeded up the road another block and found the Park City Diner. It was somewhat crowded, but there was no wait for a table. We were seated immediately, and I started looking over their menu. This place has just about everything you can think of on their menu. The waitress then told me that the soup of the day was Lobster Newburg. So after taking the time to decide, I ordered Roast Turkey Dinner, and the Lobster Newburg for appetizer. The soup came first, and it was thick, creamy, and delicious, not to mention filling. A short time later, the entree came, and it was HUGE. A pile of dressing underneath a huge layer of white meat turkey. On the side was an order of real mashed potatoes with turkey gravy, and an order of corn. Everything was absolutely delicious, and for the first time in a long time, I couldnt finish everything I ordered, and Im a very big eater. My nephew ordered some kind of cheeseburger, and I could plainly see how big that monstrosity was! I dont believe he ate everything either, and his appetite is almost as big as mine. We returned the next morning for breakfast, and the place was crowded enough to cause a 5-minute wait for a table. I had an omelet, which came with homefries and toast, and a side order of pancakes. These pancakes were ENORMOUS, completely filling the plate. And they were some of the best Ive ever tasted! Overall, the food is delicious, the portions enormous, the service very friendly, and the price was outstanding. We will definitely be returning to this. I suppose I should thank Olive Garden for being so busy, or else I never would have found this place!

I will not be returning to this diner. I was essentially accused of theft after eating dinner today. I was waiting outside on the bench while my wife took my son to the bathroom and was then waiting to pay the bill. I was approached by someone who did not identify herself (while seated outside) and was asked in front of several people if I had taken care of my bill, and was presented with a copy of the check. I informed her that my wife was in line to pay. Apparently, she was so worried that I was attempting to dine and dash, that she cut my wife off while in line to reprint our check. I guess Im the only one at the table of 6 that she remembered, which is pretty sad. When my wife called back to complain, rather than apologizing for her mistake, she defended her actions saying, "its happened before" as though that makes a practical public accusation of theft ok. I have never attempted to steal food from a restaurant, and certainly never there, so a statement like "its happened before" is simply ridiculous and offensive. We also found out that this same person is the general manager, or so she claimed, of the restaurant. Its a shame, over the nearly dozen times that weve dined there weve had great food and service, but 1 spoils the bunch as they say. Ive published this same review in other locations and notified the BBB. They ought to be careful of making accusations like this directly or indirectly - its a great way to lose a business to a lawsuit. They are lucky I am not a vindictive person. Its hilarious to infer that someone sitting on a bench reading a book (while still on the property) is attempting steal. Frankly, its unfathomable and very irresponsible at the least.

Out of all of the amazing meals Ive had here, tonights meal was not on par with what I was used to eating. I initially had been served a one waitress, who had served me previously to absolute perfection, before being replaced by a waiter who made one too many errors for my liking. I had initially asked for honey cream or milk to come with my tea, which never happened. I then shrug and was like "Alright, fine, no problem, he forgot." Thereafter, the cycle of forget only continues, as I am served a coleslaw when I had initially asked for apple sauce instead of such. So there went a wasted coleslaw. My cup of french onion soup was fine, no complaints there. The burger itself was its own personal hell. I had asked for my burger, the Western Burger, to be cooked medium-rare, and it was served unevenly cooked as part of it was well-done and and the other parts medium or darker. The side of fries was not the usual glamour, that they are as they were clumpy and lukewarm, at best, when initially served tonight. I ate what I could tolerate, paid my bill, leaving the bare tip minimum of 15% only out of courtesy. Having worked previously in food service myself, I usually tip better than this. But damn, I can only tolerate so much. I mean, Ill eventually come back since there are still dishes of enjoyment to be eaten and I enjoy the atmosphere at 3 am. But damn, if you specifically plan on ordering the Western Burger to for your meal, think about going elsewhere first.
