On Sunday, October 16th around 2:40ish, I went into this establishment to order 4 grilled cheese sandwiches for my kids and then a sandwich for myself. I told the person when ordering I wanted 4 grilled cheese sandwiches but didnt necessarily need everything else that came with a kids meal. He said that was fine. I gave him 2 bags with my order that said "X2" on the top in a bright red sharpie. When my order came up there were only 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and I looked up at the guy and said that I had ordered 4 sandwiches. He said "oh, I can make you 2 more". I then realized that I may have only paid for 2 sandwiches and said I would pay for 2 more in which he said "oh, dont worry about it". Another blond guy who was there asked the guy what he was doing and the guy said that he had to make 2 more, in which the blond guy made a snippy comment and said "oh, are we giving away food now?". When the other 2 sandwiches were ready the blond guy said "maam, we cant not do this again". I told him I had originally ordered 4 sandwiches and only received 2 and that I had offered to pay for the 2 he just made me and I wasnt trying to rip him off intentionally. He went "oh okay, there was some miscommunication". I left this established feeling very upset and like I had come in trying to "rip" them off. Perhaps, next time instead of trying to save their bags, I should write a bag out for all 4 identical sandwiches. Very unprofessional. I have come to this establishment since it first opened but I will longer be giving my business to them.

This is not a great sandwich place, and its a little on the pricier side for what youre getting, which is really just a Subway sandwich with the gimmick of writing on a bag instead of ordering. The bread has a really bland taste and mealy texture, the meat is low quality and meagerly portioned and its just not very good.

Beware of the closing time at 8:54 they will refuse to make you anything because they are "closed" when clearly the door says 9:00.
