This used to be a great Potbelly, but not any more. Today was the second time in less than 3 weeks that we experienced order issues. I was really disappointed to get home today to find out that the woman that made our sandwich put mayo on it after my wife said "everything except mayonnaise." Leaving off an ingredient really isnt that hard. If you eat at the Potbelly in Ashburn, eat at your own risk...were done there!

Went I went there I asked for a mix of their Loaded Baked Potato and Broccoli and cheddar soup. They looked at me like I was crazy but its very good that way. Soup and a Chocolate shake is a nice frequent order from me but I also love their Farmhouse Salad, and I usually dont are for salads. They accommodated my order preferences and was quick about getting my food. I have no complaints.

The meatball sub with Italian spices is very good! Portion sizes are a bit more realistic too. Also if you are lucky, they occasionally have a live performer playing a guitar and/or singing, which contributes to the restaurants atmosphere nicely.

Just ok. malt was only 3/4 full and no cookie on top. This is a staple mark of Pot Belly. Staff was not interested in my business when I stopped by. Gues I need to spend more to be appreciated.

If I could give 0 stars for this visit, I would. Ordered chicken salad sandwich with all the sides. Unwrapped sandwich - all the sides, but no chicken salad.
