Its kinda hard rating a place like this because everyone knows what theyre in for, good fast functional food that you wont remember. Its a quick and decent lunch option for professionals in the city, which is exactly the context under which I visited. The sandwich was good, kinda messy, but I finished it and enjoyed it. Its a clear tier above Subway, and a little classier than Jersey Mikes, but comparably priced for slightly less food. This particular location was very loud, which made ordering a little more arduous than it would have otherwise been. They were well staffed and quick, though, which is important given how busy they were. Expect a wait during peak lunch hours. The room is cool, nice high ceilings, and the outdoor space is welcome. Its more like 3.5 stars than 3, but I suspect this review isnt gonna be turning the tide for this place. Theyre doing just fine.

Got the Turkey Fresco. It was OK but they put too much spinach on it and not enough peppers. The frustrating thing was there is no mention of price anywhere in the restaurant. Its not on the promotion posters or the menu. Not even the guy who made it for me could point to where the price is posted. The menu does list other "Bigs" sandwiches and those top out at $6.95 so you are led to believe thats about what it costs. So the guy makes it for me and it rings up for $8.20. Not worth it. But hey, you got me. Stuff like that and that the smallest beverage from the soda fountain is $2.15 keeps this from being an affordable alternative to legit New York styled delis where you expect to spend nine or ten bucks on a sandwich. Underwhelming and over priced. The staff was very nice, though.

Ive been to Potbelly twice now and my favorite thing is the ice cream sandwich. I should say, Ive ordered the pizza sandwich both times which is good, but a little light on the meatball and pepperoni. But, this ice cream sandwich does not disappoint. You choose your two cookies then they put a heap of ice cream between them. Its a lot to eat, so save room. As expected, its crowded during the 12-1 lunch hour, but quiet after 2p if you like a late lunch. Service is reasonably fast and the facilities are clean.

We tried the tomato soup and the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. both were excellent. the mac and cheese was simple and classic, but executed perfectly, and the buffalo chicken added a unique blend of flavour. very nice. the staff was very pleasant, and service was prompt. great dining experience and great atmosphere, would definitely go back.

Friendly waitstaff, I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, they went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. Im a critical person and from the food to the service I found nothing to complain about. A top notch establishment in my opinion!

Great sandwiches with very fast service. The milkshakes and cookies are also delicious. The prices are a bit higher than the average sandwich shop but not surprising considering its location.

They cannot fill a malt cup to the 16oz line. Only 14oz but they tell you its 16oz. Check it yourself.. or better, go down a block more and get one from wendys or arbys.

The only good reason for service this slow and disjointed (we had to tell three different people our orders) is if this was the restaurants opening day. It wasnt.

The staff is friendly, but the sandwiches are terribly bland. I ordered the pizza sandwich and the marinara was tasteless and severely under seasoned.

Great sandwich chain. The daily special was very good. Pretty noisy, which is typical. Outside tables for nice days. Similar to Subway or Quiznos.

Does this location normally close before 3:00pm? After a long drive for the doors to be locked at 2:53pm did not demonstrate good customer service.
