Ones expectations of a chain fast food restaurant are typically reasonably low; afterall, the primary purpose for them is to get you food, fast. I walked into this lobby and was pleasantly surprised at the clean, well maintained atmosphere. It only got better from there. Friendly, affable staff, my food brought to my table after ordering, and the meal was just as advertised... no surprises, no long wait, no fear of unsanitary food workers. How often do I rate my fast food experiences? How about never. But these guys are that "squared away" that theyve earned a positive review.

I have never been to a fast food restuarant as good as this one. Upon entrance, the staff was very warm and welcoming. Kaitlyn B took my order, actively suggesting appropriate upsales, and afterwards even brought the meal to my table after its timely completion. Food presentation was on point and appeared exactly like the pictures. This Taco Bell and employees like Kaitlyn bring something that has long been forgotten in the "fast"-food industry.

Eh, its Taco Bell- you know what your are getting. The staff is courteous, although, Ive seen enough pictures of employees licking shells and dropping food on the floor to know to limit my visits to last option... They still rank higher than McDonalds.

Food Always tastes good,& its presentation is just like the pictures, as others have said. The Internet goes down periodically, which means cant pay by bank card & no wifi. If you don t have any cash, then no eat. Otherwise, I wouldve given a 5.

Have never been to any Taco Bell anywhere as great as this one. Food actually looked like the pic, workers were great, place was clean. They are what all Taco Bells, all fast food places for that matter, should be modeled after.

Place was dirty and when i unwrapped my burrito it was half folded and it was not what I offered and I was halfway up the highway. If I didnt have to be somewhere I would have turned around

This is the best Taco Bell. They hire the friendliest staff and Im never told I have to wait 6 minutes for empanadas. Worth the drive to come here instead of Greencastle Pa.
