Been meaning to write this review for awhile. Stopped here with a group of friends on our way back from a camping trip -- by the time we got there we were all VERY hungry. They took our orders and we sat down to wait. My food came out; one of my other friends lunches came out. The other four were still waiting. I stood in line and asked if there was a problem. They said the food was coming. I shared some of my lunch with some very hungry friends. Food didnt come, and people who got here after us were getting their meals. I stood in line again, and asked about my friends meals again. They finally checked with the kitchen, and their orders had been lost. It had been at least 20 minutes at that point, more like 1/2 hour. They made my friends their meals, offered no recompense, and did not apologise. This was a year or two ago, so I can only hope that these people have since been fired or taken severely to task. It was one of those really exceptionally bad service experiences. (Food was fine.)

Im still trying to figure out how "Soup and (Grab and Go) Salad Bar" for stated price of $5.75 is supposed to relate the information that the salad costs extra. Having asked where the salad part of the soup and salad bar was, and being told to take a salad from the fridge, we proceeded to do that. Then, on sitting down, we were told we hadnt paid for the salad! If youre going to do something, do it well! Canned soups with toppings in plastic containers and a stale roll is not worth $5.75, especially if having to pay even more for the salad. And work on your verbiage so folks know what theyre getting.

We stopped in for coffee and a pastry on our vacation and were impressed not only with the drinks and food but with the people running the shop. They were friendly and efficient with us and with all the customers while we were there. One elderly gentleman came in for his "usual order" and was served quickly and even had sugar and cream added to his coffee by the staff. "I dont know what I would do without you!" was his comment to the staff. We will visit whenever in the area.

I will not be visiting this coffee shop ever again, nor will I recommend it. We had a bad experience and was treated very unprofessional by staff and who I believe was the Maneger. Yet no apologies where forth coming until I mentioned "It was there feedback, not mine". So they were only worried about themselves and not there customers. I suggest this group take some courses on customer service. Or get out of this business all together.

My custom named ceramic cup hangs on the back wall. When I get a coffee, $1.00 goes to the Animal Control place. Kewl ! ...Well...things have really change in the last couple of months since my last posting. No more custom mug. The Grind is under new management. It has been totally refurbished. Beautiful job! A good place has gotten even better. Enjoy. Highly recommend.

The owner is rude. They served me the wrong food knowing they were missing key ingredients and didnt bother to fix it. Poor customer service and the coffee isnt good. They have almost zero gluten free options and when they do have them on the sign they are always "sold out." Go to Happy Creek or Starbucks but dont waste your money here.

Whats not to love about a local owned coffee shop - great customer service, very clean, and an excellent selection of the most delicious foods and drinks! If youre lucky enough to have Tina, Lisa, or Herb serve you - tell them Melanie sent ya & also TRY the "HERB BISTRO SANDWHICH/BAGEL". Guarantee you will LOVE it!

In this day and age of people mindlessly flocking to Starbucks, this place is Worlds apart. Great atmosphere, awesome deserts and really good coffee. Beans are perfectly roasted, not burned like everyone else. Whenever I travel past the area, I make a point of stopping in to support the business. Great job!

Service was bad they forgot to make our coffee after we paid .never offered an apology or anything .had to ask for a refund. The female and male working that day were playing around throwing things at eachother gossiping about fellow co workers and even cussed.

Ive visited here a few times after Mass at St. Johns and it is a bit busy at these times. The service, however, is prompt, pleasant, and accurately. I dont really try different drinks but everything Ive had here has been delicious.
